this is kzk utsav update for tuesday:


Vishaka comes for an interview to KTV. She does not reveal her full name.Anurag and Vinit are impressed with her confidence and give her the job.

Tushar tells Bajaj that he should help Vishaka since she has joined Kay TV. Bajaj confronts Vishaka and she tells him that she wants to reach the same position as Mrs.Bajaj.

Cookie is watching TV.When she hears Maneka's voice and breaks the TV in anger.Prerna is shocked and wonders what went wrong. Vishaka informs Prerna that she is working with Anurag and will soon reach her position.


Prerna tells Bajaj about what Cookie had done. He asks her not to worry and tells her that Cookie reacts like this when she is in anger. Prerna asks Bajaj not to worry about Vishaka as Anurag is the right person to train her.

Bajaj comes to know from his friend Gupta that Maneka Bose is financing Anurag's channel. He asks his secretary to fix a meeting with Maneka.

well my comments the scene betwwwn bajaj & prerna was a very good scene.it looks as if slowly bajaj is understanding prernas point of view regarding his children .even for the first time a hum bewafa song was shown where prerna is thinking only about bajaj & his kids.she wants to see the whole family happy.i liked the episode.the understanding between bajaj & prerna is developing day by day.

Episode on Jan 6,2003- Mon, 8.30 p.m., - Bajaj wishes Prerna a Happy New
Year and tells her to ask him for something. She tells him that she
wants him to wish his daughter. He sends Vishaka an SMS and she is
delighted to read it. He gets drunk and Prerna helps him out of the
party and takes him home. On the way he tells her that he loves her a
lot. She is surprised. Once they reach home he insists on sleeping in
her room. She leaves him there and goes out.

Episode on Jan 8, Wed, 8.30 p.m., - Bajaj drops Prerna at the airport
as she is going to Delhi. She is unaware that Anurag is taking the
same flight to meet the same minister who she is going to meet. As
Bajaj is leaving the airport Menaka calls him and ridicules him for
trusting his wife so much. She tells him that Anurag and Prerna have
gone to Delhi together. Anurag and Prerna are surprised to see each
other at the hotel in Delhi. There is a terrorist attack on the hotel
and Prerna gets injured. Everyone is concerned for their welfare.
Bajaj reaches Delhi in time to see Anurag carry an injured and
unconcious Prerna out of the hotel to a waiting ambulance. He follows
him to the hospital and tells him to leave as he has now arrived to
take care of his wife. Just then the doctor comes and asks for Anurag
as Prerna has regained conciousness and is asking for him. Bajaj is
left stunned.

One more rocking episode which I am sure all Rishabh lovers must have enjoyed. I just cant beleive I have missed out on such fantastic stuff!! Gosh!!

I just cant wait until this airs again on Utsav!!

father's house and tells him that she had come back only at Anurag's
behest. Komolika asks Menaka why she had let Vishaka go back. Menaka
tells her that she wants to win her daughter over by giving her her
freedom and not by controlling her. Cookie is very happy to see her
sister. Vish notices that Prerna and Bajaj are not talking to each
other. She discusses it with Tushar who supports Prerna. Prerna takes
Cookie to consult with a specialist and they later go to the seaside
where they meet Baba who has brought Prem ther. Prerna tells him to
get Anurag married. Subroto consults a lawyer about how he can get
the property which Baba had put in his name. Subroto and Shivani are
having an arguement and Anurag overhears this. Bajaj tries to talk to
Prerna but she refuses to talk to him. He pretends to call Anurag and
asks him to stop interfering in his life. Prerna loses her temper and
shouts at him. When she later calls Anurag to apologise she is
shocked to find out that Bajaj had not called him at all. She
confronts Bajaj and he tells her that it was the only way she would
speak to him even though it was in anger. She asks him why it is so
important to him. He tells her that he loves her and that she has
become his obsession. He warns her that he will not let anyone poach
on what was his.

One of Ronit's OLD interviews..it's from the year 2003 when Ronit had just taken up the role of Mihir and was not married to Neelam:)

As a child Ronit Roy (like Mohnish Behl) wanted to be a pilot. Then
he wanted to be a cowboy. He did yet another rethink in his teens,
when he wanted to be an actor. Fortunately he didn't outgrow that
aspiration and today he is better known as Rishabh Bajaj of the
popular soap Kasauti Zindagi Kay on Star Plus.

He says it isn't as if he is new to fame, having got some of it when
he played the lead in the film Jaan Tere Naam in 1992. But the way
people have responded to his portrayal of the millionaire
businessman, Rishabh Bajaj, in Kasauti is unprecedented. "People see
me on the streets and stop in amazement. Married women kiss my hand
and their husbands don't seem to feel jealous. I go for a friend's
party and I am accosted by all kinds of people because they think
I've done a good job in the serial," is how an embarrassed but happy
Roy describes the feedback he receives from viewers.

But how much of Rishabh Bajaj is there in Ronit Roy? "I think I share
his passion for perfection in work. I also think I have been taught
by my parents to treat others with respect like he does." But unlike
the popular character he portrays, the 36-year-old Roy prefers
to "hang out" in T-shirts and floaters. "I'm also not so stiff and
stern," he adds.

Perhaps in recognition of his acting abilities, he is now being
featured as the popular character, Mihir, in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi
Bahu Thi. Talking about this new feather in his cap, Roy says: "I
think any actor would be apprehensive portraying this iconic
character and so was I. In fact, I had no time to study the role
before coming in for the shoot." Apparently he was offered the role
two days before the shooting of the episode and he was on air the
very next day. Luckily for him, the Mihir that Roy has to portray
is "20 years older and therefore, somewhat different from what people
have been seeing so far."

Obviously fortune has smiled on this Bengali boy now. Roy says he's
got his hands full these days, juggling acting in two other serials
as well – Kammal on Zee and Phool Aur Patthar on Doordarshan. He
isn't complaining even though his "day begins at seven in the morning
and ends around two at night."

But Roy confesses his first love is making films, not so much acting
in them. In fact, he came to Mumbai from Baroda after an engineering
degree, to try his luck at filmmaking. Turning the clock back by 15
years, he says when he came to Mumbai, he lived with Subhash Ghai
initially. "He isn't my godfather, but in many ways he is the father-
figure in my life. He gave me the confidence and courage to carry on
in the industry, even though he hasn't cast me in any of his films."

For the past three years Roy also runs Ace Security and Protection.
It's a company that has around 60 people on the rolls and provides
security to stars like Aamir Khan and Hritik Roshan. With television
work increasing, Roy says he prefers to delegate most of his business
work, though he admits he earns far more from it than he does from
acting.

When he does find the time, Roy spends it with his family or catches
up with friends. His brother Rohit Roy is also an actor and lives in
the flat opposite his. "My mother goes back and forth between the two
of us, and since my brother is married with a child, she does tend to
spend more time at his place," he says with a laugh.

As for Ronit, he is single, and occasionally meets his 12-year-old
daughter who lives in the United States with his ex-wife.
