Hi friends....I dont know how many of u here watch kasturi also but there is a good news for all 😳 (hopefully) :
Robbie's character in Kasturi is developing like that of UD (manoj in kzk). I agree there are lot of differences and that UD and Robbie are really different from each other, but they do have lot of similarities as well 😉 :
-Initially UD never believed in love and only believed in lust. He used to be a party animal, and used to sleep around with many girls. Same was the case with Robbie.
-UD's mother was the one who wanted to change him and make him a more responsible person. Same was the concern with Robbie's mom.
-UD used to find mukti very irritating and nosey, and hated her interference in his life. But UD's mom Prerna wanted mukti to interfere and teach him somethings. Similarly, Robbie used to irritated with kasturi as she used to pull him up and force him to do his duties, when he prefered to flirt around and enjoy! And it was Robbie's mom who wanted her to do so. And the funniest part was, both mukti and kasturi were able to make them do what they wanted to 😉...it seemed as though only mukti could get prem to do wat she wants 😉, and only kasturi could make robbie do wat she wants 😉....both UD and Robbie would adorably abide by wat they say in the end 😳.
-UD used to make fun of mukti's class status as being middle class, and disliked her for that too. Same was the case with Robbie.
-Though UD hated mukti and wanted to teach her a lesson, he never crossed certain limits in doing so [like he never physically hurt her or touched her to hurt her, and neither did he ever do something which a guy shouldnt do to a girl just cos he is a guy and she is a girl (like kiss, rape, etc)]) . Same was the case with Robbie. He never touched kasturi with a bad intention (forget the part where initially he pinched her thinking she was the kind of girl whom he sleeps around with😃), after he started hating her also, he never crossed his limits to take revenge (he only did stuff like try to spoil her name in front of his office staff, in front of her relatives, etc). So at the end of the day, both of them were not bad ppl by heart and showed some potential to become good human beings 😳!
-Both UD and Robbie realised the value of goodness, relationship, love, etc after they fell in love with mukti and kasturi, respectively 😉. They were ready to do anything and cross any limits for that one person whom they loved 😉.
-This realisation came to both of them when the girl was actually going to marry another person 😳. Thats when the real intensitiy of their love and passion came out completely 😳.
-Both UD and Robbie has this innocent childishness in them, and immense sensitivity that they dont mind crying heavily when they are hurt 😳 [regarding innocent childishness, i dont have to say about UD as by now everyone knows it, but in case of robbie, remember when kasturi came to give her wedding card, she only brought 2 cards, one for raunak, and the other for robbie's mom, robbie comes running and asks for his card but raunak says she dint bring any card for him as he hates her na, and then robbie like a small kid asks raunak 'magar mujhe bhi card tho dena chahiye tha na' (awww that was cho cute 😳)] ...and very beautifully and convincingly both UD's and Robbie's emotions are shown when they are crying heavily that we also feel like crying with them 😭!
-Eventually both of them were ready to sacrifice their love for that girl by allowing her to marry the other person as they thought the girl would be much happier with him, but fortunately due to different reasons, that marriage doesnt take place 😉.
-There is a scene where UD is thinking about mukti lying on the bed wearing a sleeveless vest (inbetween the bheegi bheei song picturisation), there is a similar scene in kasturi where robbie is wearing the same kind of vest and lying on the bed in the same posture, and the angle of the camera was also the same 😃!
-The attraction level for Karan has increased tremendously with a lot of girls just drooling over him (which was not the case 2-3 weeks back)...the same symptoms were seen within weeks after manoj was introduced as prem 😉. Like how the character 'UD' gave manoj his super recognition, looks like same will be the case with karan patel 😉.
With so many similarties between UD's & Robbie's character, definitely both of them should similar in a way 😃.
Hmm, this is all that i can remember as of now, incase any of u remember any other similarities between the 2, feel free to comment 😳!
Points to be noted :
-Though Robbie-Kasturi and Prem-Mukti are similar love stories, but neither is karan as good as manoj, nor is shubha as good as tina! While karan shows enormous potential, shubha is not that great an actress and she cant even do normal acting that well, she is just ok. Karan is good, but still there is room for him to improve if he wants to reach at manoj's level 😊.
-Initially when karan was introduced as 'robbie the rockstar', everybody in the forum were displeased and there were lot of hate threads floating saying 'karan doesnt suit the role', 'he is a bad choice', etc. And since the seriel started off like kyph (where iqbal was a rockstar), everyone tended to compare karan with iqbal and he was written of instantly! But...within a span of just 2-3 weeks, karan proved that he is perfect for that role with his high emoting skills and immense sensitivity 😉! Now i dont think anyone can imagine anybody else in the role of 'Robbie Sabharwa', not even iqbal 😉!
-Though in kzk prem-mukti love story dragged for nearly 1 year before the actual intensity started, things have been speeded up in kasturi and they have started showing this intensity in 1 month itself (good for us as it saves us the pain of seeing the same old stuff again and again before arriving at the actual love story 😳)! Guess ekta has realised that if audience are not supplied with wat they want instantly, even she will have to wait longer to reap the benefits of higher trps 😉!
-Hehe poor shubha, in both the seriels she has acted (kzk and kasturi), her marriage was broken at the mandap where she was sitting dressed as a bride 😆. And in both she had this sensitive babuji for whom she was ready to sacrifice anything 😆.
Going by the track record of kzk, I look forward to seeing lot of cute romantic scenes between robbie and kasturi 😳 (like how it used to be between prem-mukti 😭), and the last thing i would want to see is stupid misunderstandings between the 2 🤢!
I think since ekta couldn't do justice to prem-mukti love story and ruined the entire thing, so taking lessons from that she made an entire seriel focussing on a similar loves story without other side tracks (like prerna, bajaj, anurag and their tracks, omi-sneha etc). And looks like this time ekta has realised the magic formula (the formula which brought kzk to no. 1 😉), as after applying the formula, kasturi jumped to a no. 3 trp position even beating kzk! Now wat kind of imporovement would u call that considering that the show is brand new as ksbkbt and kggh are atleast old ones and are at no. 1 & 2 position respectively, but kasturi is a brand new show which jumped to no. 3 position within a span of just 1 month of starting 😉! I hope that atleast this time round ekta wont ruin such a good love story !
