Sanjit Bedi's new avatar
After playing Vikrant in Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka and Mahesh in Kasauti Zindagi Ka, Sanjit Bedi has been roped in for Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman, where he will be seen in a new avatar.! For the first time, Bedi will be seen in a comic role. Says a source, "He will be playing a character called Munnabhai, who's a big time tapori. He's a crucial part of Uma's (Smriti Z Iraani) group and gives a comic relief to the show, "
Apart from him, Abhimanyu Singh who played Inspector Arjun Shrivastava in Aks, will be playing a character, Fakir, in this serial. To be in sync with the other Balaji shows, Thoda Si.....too boasts of a big starcast.
The story revolves around class system where Smriti Z Iraani, Pawan Shankar and Sanjit Bedi belong to the lower class while Harsh Chayya and his two brothers belong to the upper class. Now with a name like Munnabhai in the serial, comparisons are bound to arise with our very own Sanju baba. Let's see if Sanjit will live up to it!
