U are such a successful business woman but looking at the current situation i must say that i wonder how in the world are u so successful??

You want Ronit to leave Sarkarr coz its at the same time as KZK and soo all his viewers get divided between the 2 serials! BUT are u even considering the fact that if he leaves KZK all his fans(99% ppl who watch KZK) are only going to watch Sarkarr and boycott all ur serials??? Surely thats worse than just the viewers getting divided!!!!

Money is not the only thing in Business. You are running after money like crazy. Please show some due respect to your employees and convince Ronit to work for you. If Ronit leaves, you will not find a better replacement for Mihir Virani or Mr. Bajaj. Either you should learn how to end your serials properly or how to treat your employees well, so that they stay will you till the end.
