what you must realise is that there are so many pics of people posted on here almost daily, that topics soon get lost and people do not know what has been posted and what not...i appreciate that it took you quite a long while to find these pics, but maybe the people who posted them in the gallery did so in order to make the pics more accessible to everyone rather than once again being lost...everytime there are new pics posted, people try and guide them to the relevant sticky post...i and others often do it with the Prem post. It could just be that the person did not mean to offend you and merely wanted to direct the pictures to their relevant place. besides, these pics are on the web for all and sundry...no one person has a copyright or hold over them and they can be posted by anyone. i am sorry if you felt hurt, but maybe this isn't as sinister as you think.
