yeah, education matters definitely....apparently, Mukti got an education, but I mean her financial status shouldn't mean that she isn't fit to get married to Prem...despite being intelligent, Mukti made a very rash n impulsive choice...so in this case, her acquring an education didn't affect her decision in sleeping with Prem...

Sorry am a class minded person. Some middle class girls try to hang on high class boys and they get lost. Prem is high class and He is in it.
I personally think thats what happen to Prerna. after that they both now suffer (we Too) 😆 😆 😆 up to now. their kids too. thats the society . Still I do not think you can change it. especially in Indian soceity. Prem can understand it I suppose.

God, you are DISGUSTING!! and you live in the States?? This is why the caste system still exists in India, and why daughters get killed as soon as they are born and daughter in laws burned in kitchens. This is why dowry still exists in India. How is India expected to progress and change when the people won't change? All the burden is on the girl's shoulders and the guy gets off scot-free. And by the way, you think that you cannot change society--let me tell you something...SOCIETY is made up of the people, people like you and me and everyone else on these forums--in order to change society, we must change ourselves. By implying such a defeatist attitude you have proved only one thing-that YOU cannot change yourself. Until we can learn to change ourselves, corruption and caste systems will always exist in India. On the one hand, India is making fantastic strides into the world of business and technology, and on the other, Indians are still so regressive...its a real shame
