10 monthes later

Rohit and Sukhi are happily married its been 4 months since their marriage and have decided to stay in india with mr bajaj

Bauji and others wnet back to athens as they couldn't bear seeing noori's condiition

Prerna and Anurag are happily married and prerna is heavyly preganant and could be due any day and now live a couple of doors away from mr bajaj

Rishabh has become an alcoholic he drinks blank out the painful memories of noori

Rohit and Sukhi are having breakfast and are talking about Risahbh

Sukhi: rohit i think jigu is has a drinking problem i mean everytime he comes home from the hospital he grabs a bottle of whisky and drinks it all in one go everyday

Rohit: fiqaar maat karo i will talk to him

then rishabh enters

Rishabh: Monsook make some coffee now

Monsook: teek hai saab

Rohit: looks like you drank again oh gosh you smell of alcohol

Rishabh: kya tumne kuch kaha rohit

Rohit: haan maine kuch kaha

Rishabh: then please tell me

Rohit: i said you drank again and you smell of alcohol

Rishabh: oh i am so sorry now i can't drink in my house

monsook: saab apki coffee

Rishabh: i don't want it now i am going to the hospital

Then rishabh makes his way upstairs

Rohit: damnit sukhi i can't take this anymore

Sukhi: rohit chill anyways main mandir ja rey hoon to pray for noori to be awake soon

Then rishabh comes downstairs

Sukhi and Rishabh make their way to the mandir

10 mins later they reach the mandir

Sukhi makes her way to the

then sukhi rings the bell and makes her way to the car

Rishabh and sukhi then make their way to the hospital

Meanwhile in Basu residents

prerna grabs the ladder and slowly climbs up and grabs but slips off the ladder and anurag saves her

Anurag: prerna tum teek tou ho nah

prerna: anu my waters broken jaldi si hospital

Anurag: oh no

Anurag then quickly puts prerna's stuff in the boot and places prerna in the car make their way to the hospital

AT THE HOSPITAL

Rishabh is sat beside noori

Rishabh: when will you wake up noori i miss you too much

then anurag and prerna enter the hospital and sukhi is shocked

Sukhi: yeh kya

Anurag: shes gone into labour

SukhiL: wow really

7 hours later

Dr: prerna one last push

Prerna shouts in pain and gives birth to a baby boy and then Noori's eyes open and sees rishabh crying

Noori: Rishabh

Risahbh is shocked and quickly smiles

Rishabh: noori

then he kisses her hand and then he calls sukhi

Rishabh: SUKHI COME IN NOORI IS AWAKE

Sukhi: kya

Noori: hey paagli kaise hoo tum

Sukhi has tears down her eyes

Rishabh: i will call the dr

Sukhi: teek hai jigu

then noori covers his mouth with her hand

then Anurag enters

Anurag: hi noori guess what

Noori: hi anurag whats up

Anurag: prerna ko larka howa hai

then anurag leaves

then the dr enters

noori smiles then the nurse helps noori out of bed and make their way to the scan

Rishabh then phones Anjali ( secretary)

Rishabh: anjali cancel all my meeting and appoinments

then rishabh sits on the chair and grabs some magazines to pass the time by

2 hours later

rishabh has fallen asleep while waiting

then dr mehra enters and rishabh quickly wakes up

Dr mehra: mr bajaj could you please follow me i would like to show you the scan

rishabh: sure dr leekan kya baath hai

Dr mehra then shows him the scan and explains it to him

Dr mehra: you see this thats the blood clot in her brain and to get rid of it she will need to do a operation thats the only way to save her leekan she refusing your the only one who can convince her mr bajaj i mean if she doesn't do this operation soon this could spread very fast and could die

Rishabh: Kya teek hai dr i will talk to her

then he makes his way to her room with tears streaming down his face he reaches her room but is stood outside the room by the door

rishabh thinking: i only just got her back damnit i can't afford to lose her again and only this time forever no no i can't let this happen shes got to have the operation this is one dirty trick fate is playing with us I LOVE HER DAMNIT I LOVE HER

noori: kya soch rey hoo rishabh

then rishabh enters

Rishabh: kuch nahi (then wipes his tears away)

Noori: your lying i know you too well now so tell me

rishabh then sits beside her and holds her hand

Noori: if you've come to persuade me about the brain blood clot operation forget it your wasting your time

Rishabh: what about us noori

Noori: shahid yeh taqdeer main leeka hum ik kabhi nahi ho sakti ajeeb kismat hai humare

Noori begins to cry and then rishabh hugs her

Sukhi is shocked on what she heard and begins to cry

then sukhi phone rohit and wipes her tears away and clears her throat

Sukhi: noori is awake

Sukhi: dr mehra said shes got blood clot in her brain and needs an operation fast but shes refusing
