i too don't want to leave but...hey i know u all love me and me too love u all thats y only for u people m posting the videos regularly...u all know for this hard work i m not paid but still doing that for u people only to make u happy but some channel moderators instead of thanking me continus giving me warning u can see that warning level is increasing ...what is this?? i don't like this atitute at all....i think i have to leave this forum...i think u people don't mind but i have no other option.. and regarding videos i m sure they can arrange videobie for u people soon...i m just waiting that some will take my place and i can go..
hmnnn...I can see u r posting in the correct font....it isn't that hard, is it?? That's the only one thing we requested you and you made such a big issue out of it....is it really so hard not to post in correct fonts? Capital letters indicate shouting and we requested you, over and over again,not to do so.....jsingh, is it so hard to beleive that every member here is just as busy as you are and yet they make time to do everything the proper way? Your own signature says it all.....do whatever you want, but do the right thing.
What you are doing is greatly appreciated by everyone here. Beleive me. But I do need to add something - each coolbie, each videobie, each viewbie, each moderator is working very hard and giving their valuable time to keep this forum among the top ones in the net world; And each member is equally valuable. Please do not take this issue to where it should not go. Obviously ,members love what you are doing and it matters to all of us. It's not only because you provide updates but because you are a valuable member and a person who we want on our development team.
All the members are subjected to equal treatment by the moderators, and no one is exempted, not even Vijay, the admin of this forum. If he posts in caps for no reason, he will be warned too. And no one, no one here is more busy than Vijay.
The only thing we request of everyone is to follow a simple rules on the forum, so that it is inviting to everyone . You might point out that what is the need of following these netiquettes, they might even look needless or useless to some of you....well, a very simple answer to this is, in life, we follow some manners, like saying hello, not screaming or yelling when we are talking to someone, not make faces, not make grating chewing churling noise while eating...perhaps nothing will happen if we decide not to follow them, but what will happen is that it will spoil the decorum of one's personality and end up being labelled mannerless....just because he is the prime minister, manmohan Singh has not strated sitting on the table or come to office in his night dress because it saves him time, has he? He still sits properly in the chair and wears proper attire.....in other words, he also follows rules. Can't we all do the same, even in the net world??
That has been our only request.
Please take a minute and think from our point of view as well....
