i dont know if anyone noticed this but in yesterday's episode prem was shown as maybe a 3 or 4 year old(in the flashbacks)but the last time they showed prem ,that was when he was kidnapped ,he was shown as a baby who had not started to walk.somehow the age factor keeps escaping the people and i find that very weird.😕
