Jigyasa and Karuna are driving towards Bani's house so that Jai doesn't see Bani. Jigyasa tells Karuna to drive faster since she doesn't want Jai to know who Ganga really is.
Jai and Meera reach Bani's house and are gettng ready to leave from the car itself however Ganga insists that they meet her mother and grandmother since they will be happy to see them here. Jai declines but Meera says he should and he agrees.
Ganga goes to the door to get them out but it isn't opening. She keeps banging. Bani goes towards the door but kinda slips and Daksh holds her and they share a moment. Daksh says he'll open the door but is unable to as it is stuck. Bani goes there too and they take a few minutes but manage to open the door. Ganga complains about how long it took and tells them that Jai and Meera are waiting out and they should come and meet them.
Jigyasa cannot understand what to do and tells Karuna they will have to use their hathyar. Karuna acts really dumb and says how can they attack here since Jai is also there plus they don't have any ammunation. Jigyasa says not that attack and acts as if she has got a heartattack. Karuna screams Jai bhaiya, Jigyasa is leaving us and Jai comes running there and asks her why didn't she take her to the hospital. Karuna says she was doing just that but forgot the way and saw Jai's car and hence stopped. Jai and everyone else leaves for the hospital.
Ganga gets Bani and Daksh out and by the time they reach Jai and Meera have already left. Daksh says they will meet some other time and leaves too.
Inside Bani is pouring milk as Maasi oils Ganga's hair. She keeps on speaking good about her Khadoos Uncle and tells them about the gift incident and also how when the other children's parents were talking about removing Ganga from school her Khadoos uncle stood up for her. She says she will stop calling him that now. Maasi tells her that she is getting along really well with him and Ganga says that wherever her father is she wishes he is like Khadoos uncle.
Maasi later tell Bani that though there is no father in her life, God has sent this Khadoos Uncle as a figure in Ganga's life.
Jigyasa is lying on the bed along with all family members in the room. Aditya says that thank god it was a minor chest pain. He shouts at Karuna for just leaving like that but she says that it was a part of the plan and bites her tongue. Aditya says what plan and Jigyasa tells him that at least he should know how Karuna is and tells him that her head is hurting with all the people in the room and she can't breathe. Raashi says she will get Neem juice since it is good for health. Aditya says she should take the medicine with the neem juice and everyone leaves.
Karuna gives her the medicines but Jigyasa throws them and says she is going to sleep cos she has no intentions of having the juice and tucks her head in the blanket. Karuna leaves.
Meera and Jai are in their room and Jai is standing at the window thinking. Meera comes and tells Jai not to worry so much. He says that today is the first time he realised tht Ganga lives in a basthi. Meera says that is there but even then her mother and her don't let it matter. She tells Jai that though the resources are less they don't let it affect them. Though there are problems they never let it affect. She tells Jai that as good a daughter Ganga is , her mother is just as good a mother. She says that her mother works as a waitress and hence the income is low. Jai agrees and says that all this is evident in the upbringing and Ganga is lucky to have such a mother because not all mothers are like that and stops. He tells Meera that if they ever need money to help them out. He leaves with sayng that Ganga should keep coming to their house. While leaving he turns around and tells Meera that the only reason he said that was because he wnts Vidya to get the same adarsh as Ganga and no other reason. He leaves and Meera smiles.
Bani goes to the cupboard and removes and brown paper bag. Ganga gets up and comes and Bani hides the bag inside. She asks Ganga why is she still up and Ganga tells her she is not sleepy. Bani takes her to bed and tells her that she will put her to sleep. She is puting her to sleep and there are tears in Bani's eyes. The song Chup Ho Ja Mere Dulare/Mere Shona plays. She removes the brown envelope and says that she will have to take care of things before it gets out of hand.
Bani is at the land lord/Munshi's place and he tells her the entire thing will be a minimun of 6 lacs and does Bani have that much in any form. She says she doesn't and the guy tells her then nothing can be done and comments that when people don't have anything why do they come. Bani leaves.
She is walking on the road when Maasi screams Maithli and stops her. She asks where had she gone since she was supposed to for work. Bani sys that she had some work and leaves from there in a rush.
Maasi enters Munshi's place and asks why Maithli came there. The guy just mentions 6 lacs and nothing else because he says he will not divulge in details. While leaving he gives Maasi the brown envelope Bani left behind and when she asks what it is he tells her he doesn't know.
