The episode starts with Jai and Jigyasa seeing Bani take care of Daksh. Jigyasa is instigating Jai on the relationship Bani and Daksh share and what the future might hold for the three of them. She tells Jai to look at the way Bani is taking care of Daksh. Jai, with worry and deep thought in his eyes, looks at them, while Jigyasa leaves the room.
Down in the hall, Dhanraj and his wife meet Jigyasa and ask her if Daksh has slept (aren't they his parents?). Jigyasa says that she doesn't know and they needn't worry since he has a brilliant nurse, Bani to take care of him. Jigyasa asks them whether they have taken Mata ka prasad and when they say they haven't she goes with them to take the bhog.
Ayah Ma comes to meet Bani but is unable to do. When someone inquires about who she is, she saves herself. She tells one man to call Bani and to tell her that she needs to say some stuff about the Suryavanshi Haveli. When Ayah Ma is waiting outside Dhanraj comes and threatens her. He tells her that now Daksh is their responsibility and they will do anything to make him alright. He tells her not to dare to tell Bani anything. By the time Bani comes out, Ayah Ma has already left.
Jai and Bani are in their room where Jai is talking about his day and how everything is turning out just fine now. He tells her that tomorrow is an important day and he hopes everything will turn out fine. Bani is sitting there but in her own world. When Jai inquires she dismisses it by asking him that doesn't he have to sleep since tomorrow is a long day. He agrees to it and Bani feels bad, while thinking about the things that have happened, about not telling Jai everything.
Jai goes off to sleep, when Bani gets a phone call from Ayah Ma. She tells her that she tried to meet her today but was unable to. Bani asks Ayah Ma what the secret is that is connected with her and her family and could make a difference. She says that she went to the haveli and found a locked room and a photo of her father. Ayah Ma tells her that the secret is in that room itself and she should meet her at the Haveli at 7am the next morning.
The next morning Bani is ready to leave the house and she doesn't know what to tell Jai since he would want her to come with him for the meeting. She writes him a letter and leaves it by his bedside. Jigyasa sees Bani leave the house. She is completely dressed in heavy jewelry at 7 in the morning. She barges into Jai's room, who is still sleeping and sees the letter. The letter states that she has gone to take care of Daksh. Jigyasa crumbles the letter and says that she needs to do something now.
Bani reaches the Suryavanshi haveli but the security has been tightened. Bani thinks to herself that Ayah Ma must've also gone looking at this security and possibly Dhanraj has gotten it tightened. She tries to think hard as to how she will come to know the raaz now.
At the breakfast table, the kids come and ask Jai if he can drop them to school since he hasn't since long now. He says he can't do so today as he has an important meeting and asks them to ask their mother. He then inquires about Bani, to which Jigyasa says that she has gone to take care of Daksh. She says that now he doesn't take any medicine or do anything without Bani being around.
Dhanraj calls for a family meeting and tells them about the arrival of Ayah Ma. He tells everyone that Bani has been trying to find out the raaz since a while now and everyone has to keep mum about the secret. He tells that no one will tell Bani anything about the Suryavanshi haveli, what happened there or about Ayah Ma.
Shashi acts dumb again and Dhanraj tells Kala to handle him. He says he has a plan which when everyone refuses to listen, he tells Bani whom he bumps into while walking. In between of telling her what happened in the family meeting, and how someone should go and just threaten Shakuntala, he gives Bani the address.
Bani goes to the chawl and inquires about her whereabouts and her house. She finally reaches the room which is open. Ayah Ma is shown going somewhere. Bani knocks on the door but gets no response. She goes in and a box falls down. Opening it she finds some negatives and Switzerland all over it and is in deep thought. When Jai calls her up and asks her stuff and tells her about the meeting, she seems distracted. He asks her whether she is with Daksh and she replies in the affirmative, to which Jai is a bit disturbed and tells her he will talk to her later. Bani feels bad about not telling Jai the truth. She thinks about developing the pictures and the episode ends on her face.
