Rano fell down steps and did not go to docs. Plus if a preme is born in the first trimester (3rd month to be exact) I dont think he would be healthy.

Dont worry, its the world of EK. Tomorrow there will be a surgery done and he will be fine again (atleast when he will be required to mouth something or when there will be a big leap)
