wait now that bani is in mental aylsum where does krishna go?? like to jai?? omg pooor poooor bani....jai i want to murder him at this time 😡 any one that studys law here?? i want to know wat happesn to the kid

well according to law if the mother and father are dead or one of them is in jail,, etc.., the child goes to the closest relative to them, the child's closest relative

in this case bani is in jail so the child will go to Jai, the child's father, unless ekta puts some crap of her own in
