I think that burkha-clad person is indeed Saahil, cos apart from him and his Mom, nobody gains from framing Bani. And the way things are progressing, it seems that Bani is going to be framed.

Also the height of the person in the burkha is much more than Tarun's height, so no, he aint the burkha-clad person.

Ash, I dont know how but I think she will be made a partner somehow.

As for harming the main lead and then carrying along, one just has to watch KS and learn.
