ACP = Sahil?

I haven't seen the video yet but from Pooja's post it sounds like the ACP sahib is not another avtaar of Nattu....but could he be Sahil up to something. He may be on a track to free Barnali and team up with her to bring the Walias down. Possible? Anyone who saw the video think it was Sahil?
