Remember a few episodes back, Pia asked Pushkar for money but he refused to give her any. Pia hasn't told Pushkar about needing an operation or what not. Pushkar would defientently pay if he know. Remember how he reacted when Pia got sick earlier, he freaked out and took her to the hospital.
