Do you think Pia is faking, that she is not really sick? Maybe she just wants to see what Pushkar's reaction will be.

I suppose it is natural to assume that Pia is up to her old tricks again. She is very underhand and can do anything to try and get her way.

If she really is sick, then there still is the chance that Pushkar will not buy it and force her to do work anyway because he doesn't believe her. The story that comes to mind is "The boy that cried 'wolf'..."

Could it be an excuse to get out of the house? Remember her contract says that she cant leave or meet anyone... This might be her way to get out!
