US episode Rano should have called Doc

In today's US episode, I was really frustrated with Rano. If you know you are pregant and you feel a sharp pain you need to call you doctor. For the sake of your child. You should not ever take a risk. When you are pregnant your first responsibility is to the child growing inside you. She is so smart, I do not understand how her character could not prioritize child vs Bani.
