Boxing!!! I love boxing! Because I box myself, I can analyse the proposed fight quite well!

Because Jai is the heavier guy, his best chance would be to try and bully Tarun around the right and force him to try and swap punches with him. Because of Jai's extra power, this sort of strategy is likely to get Jai a knockout win. If Tarun has good endurance, he would last a few rounds before getting worn down and knocked out. So, in Jai's case, his best chance is really to go for the quick knockout.

On the other hand Tarun would be expected to be the better conditioned, more mobile and quicker of the two. Due to being in better shape, he should have better stamina. Therefore, Tarun's best option would be to jab, move and outbox the bigger guy to get a points decision. Tarun should avoid trying to slug it out with Jai and instead concentrate on wearing the heavier man down with combinations to the body. So, the longer the fight lasts, the better it is for Tarun!

The big question in the fight would be if Tarun can avoid the shots from the heavy handed industrialist!

I would pay to watch such a fight happen! 😃 😆
