Eh? Where did you hear this hun???? As far as I know, there is only one Prachi Desai,she doesn't have a twin. She has a elder sister,who doesn't look anything like her....

No I know where! Prachi has a sister that looks almost exactly like her- she said that she teases her sister that she should be in place of her so she can relax! They dont really do that.. but they do look quite a bit alike!
