Immediate impact-Ram Kapoor

My busy schedule does not permit me to stay abreast with every bit of on-going news. So, I end up catching the news in bits and pieces, although I wish otherwise. The last bit of news that left me upset was the acid attack on Rangoli, actor Kangana Ranaut's sister.

The actor's sibling had suffered injuries on her face and body when attacked in Dehradun, by a local who's had a long association with the victim. I too have a younger sister, and would be devastated if something like this were to happen to her.

It is incidents like these that make me realise how unsafe the world has become. The scary part is, that it could happen to just about anyone.
