I think park rd secret is not fully uncovered. coz still some points r covered like tht cheque of 10 lacs amount which Bani got in Roshini's room. i think Roshini and her brother's master mind is behind all this and this is all planned like i think Bani's mother expired in the hospital itself n coz he was v poor n completly lost after death of his wife n v tensed about his 3 daughters tht time roshini n her brother gave him 10 lacs rupees cheque n got his wife's deab body n Jai's car crashed on the dead body of Bani's mom. but Ban's father felt v bad for his deed so he gave tht cheque to the hospital it self (this was seen in a scene where Bani saw her father's name on the list of the persons who had given bog amount of donation to the Rustom hospital).
