While watching the video silently (e.g. no sound)...

-RK looks so much younger in some shots... 😳 😳 😳 ...in some he looks like he hasn't lost any weight and in others he does...now bfr anyone comes after me he looks equally hot in both.

-JW ke ghar ke aage 4 cars hain...ab that day when Bani needed to go to mandir...Jigs had one...Ranveer had one...then how is only JW's car left??? I even wondered this then too...itna baada JW aur cars ki kaami...ho hi nahi sakta...

-Damn I didn't know I am so good at lip-reading...if it weren't for JW's voice I wouldn't mind watching on mute on a regular basis.

-Jigs needs a tranquilizer...someone please get one to her asap.

-That last sequence touched to the core...I don't have the words to express how wonderful a job RK did...surpasses just abt all his previous scenes...and as an aside. I hope someday Bani realizes wat JW went through in that one evening. I realize JW tormented her plenty...but many may disagree w/me but I found this the worst type of torment one could be put through...reminds me of when 9/11 happened here...I remember leaving lecture early as downtown Philly was on the target list...

-In terms of that last scene wat touched most performance wise was the shot where JW flustered and pulls out to show the photo to his cop friend...the eagerness...the worry...the anxiety...all tied in together...excellent.

I mean the RK/JW that we all fell in love with...the one in the black business attire is back! I know I know he was back yest but I was too annoyed by Pia to comment on it but today it was an entire episode of just our JW in his black business suit WITH AF hold your breath.....his top button open! 😳 (I sighed even while typing that! 😳)....Hai kitna HOT and SEXY lag raha tha! 😳 😳 The drooling didn't stop even after the episode was done! 😳 I know I know he always looks hot and in those traditional clothes he looked delicious! But shaadi ka khaana roz nahi kha sakte na 😉 Roz ka khaana kayi din baad mile toh aur bhi accha lagta hai...well that's what happened with me and today's RK! 😳
Ok now for my review...
So it starts with stupid Pia Pia giving that warning and storming out....only to encounter an empty room and Maasi after. Maasi with hardly visible tears in her eyes (only visible to our all knowing JW) told Pia Pia that Bani has left the Walia mansion. Enters our hot and sexy JW who overhears it and is all worried. Silly Pia can't stop talking so she lets him hear an earful which I'm sure didn't even hit JW's ears after hearing that his beloved Bani left her home! Upon specific instructions from AD I'm not even gonna talk about Pia anymore! 😛
So JW being JW is yelling at the poor soul on the other line to find his wife "Godammit!" 😳 And in comes Maasi....Jai finds it hard to keep it all within him now. He confesses to Maasi that everyone's notion about Bani leaving the house coz of him is true We've all read MT's update so we know what he said but it's the way he said it that captures you....the look of distress and extreme guilt is priceless! What a cutie...mujhe toh usko rote hue bhi pasand hai 😳 Arre kya karu dil se majboor hoon! 😉 Anyways I so felt like telling MT I TOLD YOU SO when Jai says that he wants Bani back not coz she's bearing his child but because he can't live without her! I remem specifically answering one of her questions with this very same words and JW as usual didn't let me down! 🤗 I guess who would know him better but his gopis right? 😉
As soon as Maasi asks him to bring her home he becomes a man with a resolve! He is a determined man who says to Maasi that he won't be back unless it's with Bani! And in comes Adi (our other in house cupid 😉) with the news of the Mumbai blasts. I thought Kekta and her camp executed this and the entire scene with the Mumbai blast very very well! I was quite impressed with her team on this one for once! 😊 Jai's immediate reaction to Adi's comment on it being difficult to find Bani was amazing! I love how with all the confidence yet fright in the world he says that NOTHING will happen to Bani! Ja Munna ja...apne Bani ko bacha ke la! 😃 Maasi's look when Jai and Adi leave on their Bani hunt was very good...she depicted a complete breakdown yet composure at the very same time. Quite a good actress this Maasi!
We had Rano and Sahil coming home in between with Jigs as usual taunting Rano and breaking both the good and bad news to her. Jigs was absolutely annoying today but the best part of this scene is the samajhdaar Sahil telling Rano not to worry about Bani mami...Mamaji hai na...woh unhe kuch hone nahi denge! Wah Saahil...kitna accha baccha hai tu....tumhare pure khandaan ki hisse ka akal sirf tumhe mila hai! 😛 Kya baat kahi hai...at least someone in that house knows how Jai feels for his wife!
JW even in panic mode has the sense to first find out from the gatekeepers if they saw "Bani Madam". Btw girls you must watch him walk here....I think RK perfected the JW walk a long ago but I fell for it all over again! 😳 I LOVE his JW walk (Aditee you have to use this in your FF!!!!)....the authority and respect he commands with that walk is to die for! 😳 More drooling! 😳
JW then reaches Dadar station where everyone's running helter-skelter and in barges JW. Again the entire scene was very well executed with scenes from the actual blast and some enacted of course....a very nice tribute to the blasts a week since they happened. 👏 A confused yet determined JW asks a train personnel about Bani and what an amazing memory that guy has! Out of the million people who travel Mumbai local trains everyday this man remembers that Bani took the ticket to the 6:03 local train.....I must applaud this man for such photographic memory! 👏 😛
The look that Jai has when he loses Bani's picture was yet another one that shouldn't be missed! It felt like that was his only lifeline right now! 😳 With Bani not being in the safety of her own home with her hubby dearest JW was extremely scared for her yet didn't want to show it out! When he found the pic on the ground it was almost as if he found Bani! You should catch his sigh of relief! 😳 If only there was a guy who would feel that way for me! 😳 Ok coming back to earth!
I loved the interjection of all the cute scenes with Bani and Jai...brought back so many memories! It was really pretty how they placed them all together (although don't understand why JW has to see them in B/W 😕)....again my Kudos to Kekta's team for that! 👏
Switch over to a hospital scene where again I'm assuming we see some real footage of the blasts (very sad I must say....I sent out a little prayer for all those who were affected by the blasts at that moment and again would like to commend Kekta and her team for handling it so well! 👏). It was a very heart-wrenching scene with Jai looking very distressed and uncomfortable being in that setting but determined to find Bani at any cost! RK's brilliance holds no bars today girls and if you miss it you'll regret it! 😊 To break some tension here....JW's suit and his open top button was most visible in this set of scenes....at this point I think my laptop faced some major drool! It's amazing it's still working! 😛
And then we cut into a scene where there's police patrolling and checking going on. Some police inspector (who btw is a MUCH better actor than that so-called doctor!) recognised JW and told him that the streets were no place for JW at this time! But JW never has and never will listen to anyone! He's on a mission! And so he tells the inspector about Bani...about her last being spotted in Dadar stn. and how he has to find her. The inspector gets all the details from JW and asks him to go home but JW insists that he can't unless he has Bani by his side....Maasi se aur apne aap se vaada jo kiya hai! JW hone ka yahi ek avantage hai...the whole world bends their rules for him....I didn't know that common citizens were allowed on police patrols under high tension situation but there's no stopping JW! In he goes with the inspector looking very concerned....ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT EXPRESSIONS by RK at this point! And then the call of a laash with Bani's description and a cut into RK's face! And girls this did it for me today! I have to say that this was the BEST expression he ever had in all of KS! The pain, the shock, the angst everything combined together to form an expression that only RK would be capable of!
All in all girls I truly did get my wish and I'd like to this time honestly thank Kekta for making this entire episode all about RK! 😃 👏 Unadultrated RK fix (well if you exclude those that we shall not speak of! 😛) for an entire episode...with him looking like a gazillion bucks and of course him emoting like his entire world came crashing down before his eyes! 😳 RK never lets me down and I was so right....his expressions reminded me entirely of Aamir and how well he emotes on camera! I think at this point I'll just leave it for the rest of AF to decide but to me I'll die if someone asked me to pick! 😛

Whoa didn't realise this was my longest review but then again it was ALL about JW/RK! 😳

Oh btw some other kid's post reminded me....the version of Adat that they played today is my fav and it was so very apt for the situation! AD watch it with the sound yaar and you'll know what I'm talking about....I think this episode goes down in my list for favs...prolly even right after 6/19 just for the mere fact that there was so much of RK in it! 😳

when Jai and Adi leave on their Bani hunt

His CLASSIC walk that u mentioned is the best and most apparent in this scene...absolutely classic. I rewinded this scene multiple times just to see this.

A confused yet determined JW asks a train personnel about Bani and what an amazing memory that guy has! Out of the million people who travel Mumbai local trains everyday this man remembers that Bani took the ticket to the 6:03 local train.....I must applaud this man for such photographic memory! 👏 😛

No where in the world do ppl have memory like our country...I have experienced this first hand while shopping at busy markets in India...it is commendable. Paanwaala...rikshawaala...experts.

Switch over to a hospital scene where again I'm assuming we see some real footage of the blasts (very sad I must say....I sent out a little prayer for all those who were affected by the blasts at that moment and again would like to commend Kekta and her team for handling it so well! 👏). It was a very heart-wrenching scene with Jai looking very distressed and uncomfortable being in that setting but determined to find Bani at any cost!

The scene where he looks at the names on the board is very very touching---touched to the core. Fine details were covered and properly. Quite often shows/movies try making a tribute and end up making a mockery of the incident by poor screenplay...this was the BEST it could've been done!!!

Well said AD! I did want to say something to that extent but got carried away with other details (RK to be specific 😳). I think Kekta did a very good job of making a tribute that seemed appropriate and didn't make a mockery of the entire incident. She worked it very well into the script and I for one am willing to give her credit when she deserves it! 👏
I did forget to mention the names on the board....I was immensely touched by that as well! I think this has been the BEST tribute like you said to any incident on Indian TV so far.
