As an actor, he will not mind playing variety of roles including elderly ones. Nevertheless I feel in order to avoid being typecasted Ram should do something about his weight. Having said this I will also say I have not seen his picture after the Cannes film festival where he was present with the Udaan cast. Now the trend is fit and lean, the likes of Sanjeev Kumar who got lead roles inspite of being 'healthy' does not happen anymore.
