She seems to have a lot on hand and that keeps her happy and busy! "Currently I'm shooting for Life Partner opposite Tusshar Kapoor, and it's directed by Rumi Jaffrey. This film will be ready to be released next year. And apart from that, I'm reading few scripts; though nothing has been finalised as of now," says .
had emerged as a winner last year in the reality dance show Jhalak Dikhla Ja. So have those dancing skills come in handy? "Yes. I would love to flaunt my dancing skills along with acting- but this also depends on what kind of roles come to me. I wish I get a role wherein I can utilise my dancing skills," says .
What kind of roles is she aspiring to do now? "I want to do roles in which I play characters which are closer to my real age. I really loved Aishwarya's role in Devdas and I think that is my dream role. But as they say, magic can't be recreated. So I hope that I get a challenging role in a movie of the same genre," says .
Is she the kinds, who believes in taking up just one project at a time? "It's too premature for me at the moment to decide on things like that. Everything about my career has a surprise element and most of my life is unpredictable," confesses .



says that she is very close to her mother and that is the reason her mother always accompanies her on outdoor shoots: "Since my childhood, I'm so much used to having her around. I always look up to her if I'm in dilemma. She has supported my every decision and has encouraged me. I was hesitant while going for the auditions of Rock On!! and it was she who insisted that I must go for it." is also very fond of Surti delicacies like khaman, locho and undhiyu. She also loves coming to Ahmedabad as she finds "people here to be very hospitable and welcoming."
