why r they turning prem charcter into negative shades so that people lose sympathy with him and then when tushar unites with tushar then people will not feel sorry for prem

im totally confused why prem is being so bad in the show. and who will kareena really end with tushar or prem? i think prem and kareena make great friends and tushar and kareena a great pair. but tushar said that he hates liars. so if he finds the truth out he will leave her or not?

I think,if Tushar comes to know that Kareena is lying,he may first hate the fact.But then may be his Dad,Tribhu will convince him that Kareena is a nice girl and he himself is involved in the lies to help Kareena.
