it is kaaya n nikhila together who is trying to break shiv-gauri relationship as dey both have motive.... Nikhila motive is that coz of gauri her family turned agianst her and kaaya's motive is coz of gauri she lost her love......
Secondly nikhila gave samar sum medicine to put in gauri's food as nikhila knew that shiv will take her to a trusted doctor.....And who can dey trust da most...ofcorse kaaya.....
On the other side ipshita is pregnant n samar n nikhila nos about it.....so nikhila plans with kaaya to tell gauri that she got brain tumor and is about to die soon....
Now gauri will tell kaaya not to tell anyone abt dis....coz if ekta wanted sum1 to know abt it den shiv wud hv come to hospital wid gauri but he didn't......
Gauri will sumhow know abt the pregnancy and will try to get shiv-ipshita together and will get dem married or will get dem more closer den at present.....
den wen shiv- ipshita is about to get married gauri will no dat she didn't hd tumour....n wud want to be wid shiv forever...this is wen ipshita will turn negative and will fight gauri for her and her kid's right.....
