if you guys remember nikhila and mahen were once talking about there other son who is lost.. it was before the leap.. so it can be that shiv is there other son..and he's helping nikhila.. what do you guys think.? i mean it's an ekta show anything can be possible..😆

I remember niks saying something bout their other son...but i dont they would look the same...but you never know with Ekta!
