Unwavering faith,
Mock the guilty heart..

Soulful cries,
A threatened...
Surreal dream..
Betrayed trust,
His eyes forsee...

Burdening heart,
Searing pain...
Mocking reflection...
Dark shadows..
Of guilt...
Reflect the dark truth...

Burning tears,
Scorch the heart...
As the heart burns ...
In the Simmering Rain...
