I think it depends on the scenerio sometimes dil se liye hue faisla is rite and sometimes dimag se liya hue faisla are rite

Ye topic KAA se isliye related hai kyunki..is serial ka sabse bada faisla dimag se liya gaya..wo bhi anupam ke..i mean gauri ke shiv se shadi ka faisla..jab anupam ne ye kaha ke jab hum kisi ajnabee se apni problem share karte hai to wo hume dimag se kiye hue faisle par chalne ka rasta dikhata hai..kyunki dimag se liye hue faisle practical hote hai...aur isliye wo bahot baar sahi hote hai..
Aur shayad isiliye bhagwan ne bhi Dimag ko Dil se upar ka darja diya hai.....What say?
