Part 59
"Oh my head hurts," she moan holding her head as she tossed over to the other side of the bed with her eyes still closed.
"Go to sleep!" he said her pulling her close to him.
I am dreaming she thought and slowly opened her eyes as her head still throbbed. "YOU!" she shouted as she got up. He opened his eyes and looked at her quickly placed his hand over her mouth to silence her. He knew she was furious "Quite or everyone is going to be in here. Promise me you are going to be quite," he whispered firmly. She nodded tearfully as he gentle released her.
"Kaaya beta! What's the matter?" Massima shouted knocking on the door.
She looked nervously at him as he quickly got off the bed and looked at her scared of being discovered.
"Say something will you", he whispered looking at he floor trying to find his shoes.
She could feel her heart racing as she looked at him in amazement in her room.
"Kaaya beta! Why is this door locked "she shouted again.
He walked over towards her and looked at her "Go! Say something" he whispered nervously.
"I'm getting changed I will be out in a second" she shouted as lone tear escaped from her eye.
"OK beta! Gauri will be waiting to go to the Mandir, so get ready and come out," she said.
"Thank god she is gone," he said as he collapsed on the bed.
She turned to look at him as he put on his shoes. "What the hell are you doing in here!" she said as she looked at him angrily.
"Keep it down, will you or she will be back" he said looking at the door as he tied his laces.
"Look…. you got very drunk and when we got here you kept insisting that you wanted to tell me something. You told me you loved me and want me to stay the night, so we …." he looking at her and looked at the bed. She started crying he approached her and placed his hands on her shoulders.
"What we did was perfectly nature, it's nothing to be ashamed of " he said and took hold of her as she sobbed in his arms "You were special last night. I would never forget it ever".
She hit him and pushed him away and looked at him "you got me drunk and took advantage of me" she sobbed.
"Babe you were the one all over me last night," he said showing her his cheek with the lipstick marks of her lips. Devastated she landed hard on the bed and sobbed. He smiled cheekily and knelt down on the floor next to her. "Kaaya!….Babe!" he said placing is hand on her arm and looked at her. "I was only joking you accidentally drank Simi's drinks and when I got you home. I put you to bed, look your still wearing my blazer, nothing happened seriously. As I was about to leave the house your bhabi had locked the front and back door so I couldn't get out. I came back here and locked the door, you got up and pulled me onto the bed and told me to shut up and go to sleep. We just fell asleep nothing else I swear", he said as she turned to look at him. He hesitated but reached over towards her face to wipe her tears. "The lipstick" she asked looking at him. "Well you did kiss me but it was a goodnight kiss on the cheek," he said getting up and turned to look in the mirror and smiled sheepishly as he looked at he mark on his face. She looked at him as he picked up a tissue and wiped his face.
"You are serious nothing happened last night," she asked again.
He turned to look at her and nodded "I promised baba I would get you back in one piece didn't I…. anyway I don't need to get a girl drunk to be with her" he smiled as he approached her.
"You better get ready and I will see how to get out of here" he said going towards the window.
She shook her head and took of his blazer "Here!" she said handing him his blazer angrily.
"Thanks" he said taking it from her laughing. She watched him as he put on the blazer "looks like the only way to get out is by the window" he said opening it. He jumped out "Be careful," she said running to the window. "What?" he said standing up shaking his head "Stupid? Your room is on the ground floor" he whispered and turned to look at the mansion. She looked at him as he ran towards the Kapoor house….
She put down her pen and was having difficulty studing, as he would pop up in her head. For two week now he had not come to pick her up, as he was busy organising the surprise party with Gauri. She had missed him and was getting attachment to him. This had happened to her before with Netesh and she shook her head I'm going to make sure I don't have those feeling again for anyone she thought. She opened up her textbook and carried on studying in her room…"Kaaya?" she turned to see Gauri enter her room. She looked at her and could sense something was wrong as she watched her walk into the room and sit down on the bed. She got up and walked over towards her.
"Di have you been crying?" she asked.
Gauri looked at her and smiled "Why would I be crying?" she replied.
"It's just you eyes are red and puffy and you look like you have been crying", she said sitting down next to her.
"Oh I just finished cooking in the kitchen," she lied.
Gauri looked at her and smiled "what do I say to you that Shiv hates me and wants me out of his life," she thought as she put her arm around her.
"Tell me have you and Vivaan had another fight!" she asked.
"No Di! Why?" she replied.
"I don't know he is really quite last couple of days I just thought maybe you had a falling out or something. Lately he kind of moping around the house and when I talk to him he kind of changes the topic", she said looking at her.
"I know he's worried about his mom since the affair came out", she said.
"I can't understand why men would cheat on the wives?" she said getting up "Anyway I brought some new clothes today, do you want to have a look Di" she asked. Gauri smiled as she opened her wardrobe…
Vivaan sat in the garden and let out a heavy sign of a month now he has heard his mother crying and he did not know what to do. He had always blamed her for everything thinking it was her fault, when the truth was it was his father fault. "Vivaan" he turned to see Gauri and watched her sit down next to him on the bench. She placed her hand on his arm and looked at him.
"What's the matter?" she asked looking at him.
He looked at her and started to cry he turned and took hold of her.
"What's wrong?" she asked stroking his head trying to calm him down.
"I am sorry," he said as he held her.
"I blamed you," he sobbed.
"You have nothing to apologise for as you did what you thought was right at the time. If I was in your position I would of reacted in the same way. Now stop crying and tell me what's really wrong," she asked looking at him with a smile.
He looked at her and wiped his tears. "I can't see mum crying anymore", he said looking at the garden and letting out a heavy sigh.
"I know none of us in the family can. She is dealing with it in her own way but she knows that she has you and everyone's support if she needs it," she said looking at him as he placed his head on her shoulder.
"At this time she need to be reassured that we are with her and will always be there for her," she added.
"Gauri is right!" Shiv said sitting down next to Vivaan. She looked at him as he looked at the both of them. Vivaan looked at her and smiled as he took hold of her hand. "I am very lucky to have a beautiful and wonderful Bhabi like you, as now I have another good friend, " he said getting up.
She smiled as she watched him walk into the house. Shiv looked at her and could not understand why she was so special to everyone. Everyone in the family adored her and she always spoke to everyone as if they were her own. She slowly got up to leave and stopped as he had taken hold of her arm. "Thank you!" he said looking at her. She smiled and looked at him "He's very special just like Kaaya", she said. He got up and looked her why is she???…
