They were still hugging each other when she came in her senses and pushed him all of a sudden! Manik too came in his senses and was embarassed for hugging her.
She was going to escape again when he caught her wrist and stopped her.
"Kon ho tum? Aur kya lene aayi ho yaha?" He asked
She closed her eyes tightly on being caught by him. He waited for her answer. She sighed in defeat and answered him.
"Wo-wo main! Wo ya-yaha ma-main! Actually!..." She cursed herself for stammering so much.
She took a deep breath and said in one breath.
"Main-yaha-ek-cheez-lene-aayi-thi"
"What?" He was confused.
She bit her tongue for acting so weird.
"Main yaha ek cheez lene aayi thi" She said it again clearly.
"You are a thief!" He declared instead of asking.
"NO!" She shouted and turned around with a jerk.
And the lights were back!!
He saw her!
She saw him!
The only word he uttered was 'Beautiful!'
And she blushed at it. While he admired her.
"So you said you are here for a thing! Aur tum aise chori chupke mere ghar main aayi! Lekin tum CHOR nahi ho? Hmm?" He asked raising his eyebrows.
She looked everywhere but at him! She nervously fidgeted with her fingers.
"Actually Mr. Malhotra main..." She started confidently but he interrupted.
"Wait! You know me?" He asked
"Aree yaar ek toh itni himmat kar ke bol rahi thi bichme bolna zaruri tha" she said irritated.
He got shocked with the sudden outburst.
"Okay! Am...Sorry?" He said confused with his own behaviour.
"Its okay! Now let me say..and dont interrupt please!" She warned but politely.
He nodded looking at her intently.
"Haa toh main keh rahi thi ki haa main yaha kuch lene aayi thi but iska matlab yeh nhi ki i'm a Thief! Wo actually mujhe mere friends ne naa ek dare diya tha! That I have to steal a thing from the house opposite to me! So aapko toh pata ni hoga par main naa- wo wale ghar mein rehti hu! And about knowing you ofcourse I know you! Aap iss duniya ke sabse famous business tycoon ho! Aur main toh aapko roz dekhti hu!" She blurted the last part and bit her tongue on realizing whhat she said.
All the time he stood there watching her intensely saying all this innocently.
"Me-mera matlab ki aap mujhe roz dikhte the and aaj i didnt see you so i thought aap ghar par nhi ho! Isiliye main aa gayi!" She corrected.
He couldn't control more so he pulled her close by her waist and spun around only to pin her with the wall.
She looked shocked. He smirked.
"Toh aap mujhe par nazar bhi rakhti hai Ms.." He said.
"NANDINI!" She merely whispered.
"Nandini!" He repeated in a husky voice that made her shiver.
"Aisa nahi hai...main toh bas!" She said
"Shhh..." He interrupted.
"You know what I never believed in love at first sight. But tumhe dekhne ke baad i believe there is love at first sight!" He said tucking a strand of hair which was disturbing his view.
She blushed looking down. He made her look at him and brushed her lips with his fingers which made both shiver.
He leaned down slowly with his one hand pulling her closer by her waist and the other guiding her hand towards his neck.
He brushed his lips with hers intentionally to tease her and moved to her ear.
"You are beautiful Nandini!" He whispered in her ear huskily and bit her earlobe.
"MANIK!" She moaned.
"Say it again!" He demanded and placed a wet kiss behind her ear.
"Manik!" She moaned again.
And he demanded it again and again while placing kisses anywhere and everywhere. Sometimes on her throat, neck, collarbone, chin...
And she kept on moaning his name with eyes closed and clutching his t-shirt in her hands for support.
Finally he stopped.
"Nandini!"
"Hmm!"
"Open your eyes!"
She did as said.
"Can I kiss you?" He asked innocently yet huskily.
She went all 'Aww' and blushed. He took it as a 'Yes' and placed his lips on hers.
Sparks exploded!
Her first kiss!
His first kiss!
THEIR FIRST KISS!!
IT WAS MAGICAL!!
He broke the kiss and joined his forehead with hers. Both had a smile on their faces.
"I LOVE YOU!!" They said at the same time and chuckled.
"And I'm in love with a thief!" He teased her.
"Manik!" She hit him on his chest lightly for teasing her.
And he took her in his embrace to never let her go...
