CHAPTER 6

THE INTENSE FACE-OFF

HAPPY READING! 😛

Why do some people pretend? Why do they hide their heartache and pain behind a beautiful yet a fake smile? Well, the answer to this question is that they have endured pain and suffered so much so, they do not want to lose the little things they have...

These people are the most dangerous ones, they have an isolated heart with a hollow filled with pain...They are passionate about pretending just to protect what they have and for them becoming an antagonist is the best solution...

Till now FAB 5 and 5 ROCKS were not wearing their masks. They were real and the most beautiful people with their friends cum family but now they were entering in the world which they called it as ILLUSION. Yes, for all of them this world was a mirage, a reel world unlike the real world which they experienced with their friends...

Their mask was a weapon to protect them from betrayal of the world but little did they know that they were going to help each other to remove this mask of despair and sorrow...

From now, an important chapter of their lives was going to begin which will show the real FAB 5 and 5 ROCKS to the sphere where darkness will be no more, mask will have been vanished and LOVE WILL BE IN THE AIR...

SCENE 1 MUMBAI

It had been a week since 5 ROCKS has arrived to Mumbai. It is not that they were visiting this place of dreams for the first time but, it was different because now they were citizens of Mumbai. This one week went with full swing and was over in a blink. This one week was enjoyed by 5 ROCKS like a kid enjoys the last week of his vacation. They used hangout in the SINGANIA MANSION every single day. They had sleepovers there, they used to jam there and gossip a lot with Navya's Dadi and Aryaman's hottie. Soha and Navya shopped clothes like, the clothes were there favourite penny chocolates and for the sake of them Nandini too joined happily while AbhiMan were obliged to follow. Smurphy was enjoying this happy atmosphere. Nandini had to bear complains of her sweet si chachi (PS: which she called her nowadays on her plead of calling it as it is more fashionable) for not spending time with her but being the cutest doll, she always managed to manaofy her chachi by calling her friends on dinner which they not so readily gave in because of chachi's weird experiments.

Here, 5 ROCKS are getting ready for their first day of SPACE. Actually, Soha and Navya are getting ready while Nandu is helping Radhika aunty I mean mother of Aryaman to prepare the breakfast. While, the boys are bickering and taunting the girls continuously for not getting ready fast and in return they just receive glares from the duo.

While, our very own FAB 5 are sleeping in Malhotra Mansion after a late night party for the celebration of the concert which was a great hit. They were sleeping like babies not giving a damn about the world...

After, a session full of planning and plotting FAB 5 entered in SPACE to rag the freshers, to show their power and mightiness.

CHAPTER 6B

SCENE 2 SPACE

They were not having fun with the freshers of this year unlike last year where they ragged Shaid the joker. Finally, Cabir exclaimed Yaar! Abhi tak ek bhi healthy bakra nahi mila...It is becoming boring. Dhruv said, So, let's leave this idea for this year Cabir. All pleaded him that it is fun and we will follow the traditions like last year. Suddenly, Manik's eyes glittered and an idea cooked in his mind he exclaimed Guys, let's do one thing entrance par chalte hai and jo bhi fresher pahle gate se enter hoga but Cabir cut him and said, Woh mera no sorry humara naashta. All muttered "bhukkad" and left to the main gate with their usual pride and attitude.

5 ROCKS had reached the college in Aryaman's sports car which was stuffed with classical musical instruments which they brought with them because those instruments were precious and invaluable to them also, they thought that it was difficult to find in a prestigious college like SPACE which was partial with rock instruments.

They left the instruments in the car and walked with their famous style and smile plastered on their cheeks. They were merrily laughing on joke cracked by Abhi when they were suddenly told to stop by someone. They looked at them and then glanced at each other and changed their jovial attitude into a fake attitude in a wink. Some people were blocking their way on the entrance as they walked. A guy asked them to stay and said Yaha se aage jana mana hai and Navya thought that maybe this group wanted to rag them so she all so replied coldly Kyu tum log yaha ke chowkidaar ho kya. Wah! iss college mein itne young logo ko bhi chowkidaar ki naukari di jaati hai. On her remark Soha giggled. That person was none other than Cabir and he tauntingly said, Miss Black and White Madhubala iss college mein aisi bahut si cheezein hai jo aap nahi janti. Now, Aryaman's blood stared boiling on Cabir's remark, anger started to rise but Nandini who was near to him held his fist and shook his head. Now, Abhi said Kyu tum log humara time waste kar rahe ho...For all of us, TIME IS PRECIOUS so pleases hamare saath apna faltu time waste mat karo...

Now, Manik understood that these people were not weaklings they would not easily become their target but what is difficult and elusive is fun and adventure for FAB 5. He was about to say something to them when Alya interrupted and said, OH! Hello, You people don't even have the slightest idea who we are and what we can do to you? We are hazardous for you all...

Soha couldn't control now she was mad at that girl for talking so ill about her friends and that too with such attitude she snapped at that girl and said, Aur shyaad tum nahi janti who we are...

Now, this was enough for Nandini she did not wanted to leak their identity of being The 5 ROCKS, India's most young and successful classical band. She finally whispered to her, Soha no... But, in return she nodded her head in assurance which assured Nandini that she was just playing along with them.

Oh! Actually for your information hame pata hai aap log kaun hai , suddenly Cabir burst the bubble in turn, 5 ROCKS shrieked with fear, he continued You are the victims of FAB 5 and now no one can save you from us. They were relieved that they identity was unknown but still they had a seed of doubt in their mind that who was FAB 5...

Mukti said with her all time covetous grin, and you know what we like you I mean aaj kal yeh yaariyaan kaha dekhne ko milti hai so why don't you befriend us... Now, Alya adding fuel in the rage of 5 ROCKS who were already outrageous my Mukti's sarcastic comment on friendship, said And yes! Admission registrations are going to close in 30 minutes so if you commoners want the admission in SPACE befriend us which is synonymous to impress us toh kuch aisa karo jise you get admission in SPACE.

All this time Manik was the silent spectator of this scene. He found no evidence of even a small tension line on anybody's forehead. They were calm in fact they were not even scared of Alya's warning. It didn't go unnoticed that all the 4 members glanced at the petite girl in a We should do it' look and she agreed with hesitation and suddenly, they all started moving which gave him and his friends confidence of their plan working.

Cabir said, Yaar! Yeh log ke saath it is going to be fun...I mean lag toh yeh log kafi serious and aur non-afraid lag rahe hai... Let's see what's gonna happen.. Mukti said with pride as well as joy, Yaar! Inhe darraya kisne and you after all Mukti se acche, acche log bhi darr jaate hai...

Alya bickered and said Mukti you bitch even I did play a part... to which Mukti all awed her friend-cum-sissy's cute antics and hugged her. While Manik told No guys I don't think so they are easy to tackle... didn't you see de were not scared of loosing admission in fact they don't give a damn but they were trying to hide their identity. Dhruv said, Yes! Buddy you are absolutely the way that girl was talking to Alu it was clear they...

Suddenly, they heard a mellifluous sound of a veena and a flute outside in the lawn. They moved outside and whatever they saw was enough to give them 440 volts shock.

CHAPTER 6C

5 ROCKS were standing on the stage which was situated in the lawn. They were surrounded by numerous classical musical instruments and mikes. Nandini started singing a song in her mellifluous voice and FAB 5 were shocked to the core not by singing instead by the crowd who were getting crazy and shouting at top of their voices, 5 ROCKS, 5 ROCKS!

For FAB 5, it was as if that the land beneath them had slid down. They were staring at those 5 creatures who now were playing a enchanting musical tone open mouthed. It was not that they consider themselves as the best band in the world but they were surprised seeing such a huge fandom of freshers.

Abhimanyu played his flute vehemently with a huge smile plastered on his face because this song was near and dear to their hearts, a song composed by 5 ROCKS for themselves, for their friendship.

He started singing the first lines accompanied by a fusion of classical instruments and his enthralling rock voice.

Ho hai zara si meethi-meethi halki si khaari
Yari yari, yaari yaari, yaari yaari..

He was later accompanied by a beautiful voice of his baby doll.

Manik's Pov

What the hell! Who are these people with such a huge fan following...5 ROCKS... what in the world is this? And how dare they confront FAB 5 in such a horrendous way. I was aghast by such a song, a song on friendship. The way they were playing those lifeless and monotonous classical instruments was indeed surprising and ...

Ho.. yaar woh jo samjhe baat bin bole saari
Yaari yaari, yaari yaari, yaari yaari..

Oh! god what a mellifluous voice she has, the leader, right? It was that petite leader of that group. Her voice was extraordinary, her voice I have heard somewhere but where? My mind kept checking the softwares which could bring my lapse memory back.

Wo o o ho.. wo ho.. wo ho...
Zinda yaaron se hui zindagi
Wo o o ho.. wo ho.. wo ho...
Teri-meri, meri-teri yaari-yaari
Hoo.. hoo...

The rest of the group accompanied those two leads with their respective instruments.

Ho kachchi pakki gullakon to tod-taad kar

Tere hisse ki main smile ko khareed lun
Meri smile ka kahin na kahin se tu jugad kar

This language Gosh! I am sure these lines were made for that drama queen, Mmm... what's her name... Yah! Black and White Madhubala

What a sink they have that flute guy and that petite girl. I mean they are flawless. I know I shouldn't say this but well, It's the truth they are something if not they couldn't hold the attention of FAB 5 till the long time and I glanced back at my friends who seemed to observe those newbies.

Yaar! I must accept yeh log kafi ache dost hai but not like FAB 5 of! Course. But what a zealous co-ordination they have the crowd is going insane man... Pata nahi what my friends will think after seeing this madding crowd.

This is super duper awesome but not better than us. A good combination of rock and classical I must say but unfortunately 5 ROCKS start your back counting no start singing your back counting because you are now the victims of FAB 5.

With this I looked at Cabir smirkingly who understood my plan word by word.

5 ROCKS were also surprised that they have such huge fan following in SPACE. They had a cherished moment of group hug bowed their heads and just walked off the stage with a tranquil attitude.

Suddenly, Mukti heard a clicking sound of fingers in front of her, Nandini was standing with her fake attitude in front of her. Nandini coldly said with an expressionless face and said...

Oh! I am really very sorry to leave you in a cliffhanger "Kya karu I just love it"... So, hello everyone I am back, back with a bang opps! No, no, back with a super long update. Now if you want me to update the next part and trust me its awesome then, be ready to give me super long comments...
