Part 27
It's a beautiful morning with the golden rays spread around the whole Malhotra Mansion and trying very hard to peek in from the curtains inside the room of two special people. Who are sleeping like babies cuddling into each others arms.
Two innocent and happy souls who became special to each other in just few days. They became inseparable like two bodies and one soul previous night.
Manik was sleeping peacefully hugging Nandini wrapping his arms around her and Nandini was in her beauty sleepy resting her head on his chest holding him by his waist with her arms. She moved a little in her sleep and feeling a strong hold on her back she slowly opened her eyes to find herself in the secure embrace of her beloved husband and her LIFE PARTNER. A sweet smile danced on her lips. She lift her head and pecks his chin very softly without disturbing him.
She than noticed that both of them were devoid of clothes. And suddenly all the intimate moments they shared last night flashed in front of her eyes and she turned crimson red thinking about it. She tried to move his arms from her but of no use. Even in sleep he was holding her tight not letting her go.
'Aiyyappa... Main kaise nikloon... Yeh tou itni gehri neend so rahe hain...' She thought..
She tried to move again but this time he tighten his hold more and she stiffened with his hold. She understood that he is awake.
She looked up and saw him smiling with closed eyes.
"Good morning sunshine..." He said without opening the eyes and pressed his lips on her temple.
"Good morning..." She was shy because of her condition.
"Did you sleep well..." He asked.
"Hmmm..." Saying that She slowly pulled the satinsheet spread up to cover herself till her neck.
Manik pulled her upwards to face her. Now her face is only a couple of inches away from him. He opened his eyes and looked at her and gave a wide smile to her.
She is looking very cute with just woke up eyes , swollen and pouty lips and disheveled hair some coming on her face.
He removed her hair strands and tucked it behind the ears.
"I want to begin my each and every morning to be started by looking at your face first... Agar tum saamne Nahi Hogi tou main apni aankhein Nahi kholunga... Always remember this... Ok..." He said with lot of love in his voice.
She nodded in a yes and said.
"Even I want to be in your arms when I wake up every morning... Exactly like this... Jiss din aap mere paas nahi honge uss din main aapse baat nahi karoongi..." She too kept her condition.
"Oh my God... Agar kabhi mujhe concerts ke liye out of town jaana pada tou..," he asked getting worried by her condition.
"Tou aap mujhe apne saath le ke jaaiye..," she said with an antics kind of face. He smiled at her innocence and bend his head down to kiss her but she stopped him by putting her fingers in his lips.
"Kya hua... " he asked and pecked her fingers.
"I didn't brush yet..." She very innocently told her.
"You think I care... " he said and again moved his head closer.
"But..." And her mouth was shut by his lips for a passionate kiss by him.
He sucked her lips vigorously. She responded sliding her hands behind his neck moving her fingers in his hairs.
He parted her lips by plunging his tongue inside and tasted every bit of her mouth.
She moaned in his mouth. Her heartbeat race to the highest peek by his sudden attack. Both of them were out of breath but Manik doesn't want to leave her.
He had no choice but to leave her so without detaching from her face he traced his lips to her cheeks giving small kisses all the way to her neck and nuzzled his face in the crook.
Her breath calmed down and she too fix herself in his neck.
"Never... Never ever stop me from kissing you... Samjhi..." He whispered in his ever husky voice.
"Ok..." She too whispered in the same way.
"And I don't care whether you brushed or not , dressed up or not, just woke up... Or looking good or not...I want to love you the way you are... Any time..." He moved a bit to look into her eyes.
"You are beautiful as you are without any particular thing..." He continued.
They stayed in each other's arms for few more minutes.
Downstairs in the breakfast area all the adult members of Malhotra family were gathered together for the breakfast including Nani and Dadi..
The care takers of the house were arranging the breakfast under Nyonika's supervision.
The table was filled with fresh fruits and juice and also eggs toast butter and parathas and Sabzi. And she made special porridge for Nani and Dadi because they were eating non healthy food due to the functions.
Nyonika was in a very good mood and smile is not leaving her lips.
At last not able to control vikram asked her.
"Nyo... I know ki tum Manik and Nandini ki shaadi se bahut khush ho but... Aisi Kya baat hai ki the way you are smiling... I feel like There's something more to it..."
"You are right... You know me so well... Aapne sahi pehchana... There's something more to it..." She said very cheerfully.
"Batao na phir Kya baat hai..." Vikram asked again.
"Nandini is very lucky to our house... "She said
Every one looked at her in a questioning way.
"Actually... Main hamesha chahti thi ki jab main apni beti vida karun tou mere ghar mein already ek beti ho... So God has listened to my prayers... Jaise hi Nandini mere ghar ki beti bani... Very next moment Mukti ke liya rishta aa Gaya..." She explained.
"Kiska..."vikram became curious now...
"Yesterday I met with Abhimanyu's mother... She gave me the proposal of Abhimanyu for our daughter..." She said very excitingly.
"Kaun apna Abhimanyu... The neurologist... "Anant asked as soon as he heard Abhimanyu's name...
"Haan Dr. Abhimanyu... She said she will come to our house and ask officially for Mukti's hand in marriage." Nyonika informed.
"Yeh tou badi hi achi baat hai... Abhimanyu is a very sincere and decent guy...I know him since he was doing internship... Very dedicated to his profession... I think isse acha ladka Mukti ke liye aur Nahi..." Anant gave his input.
"Vikram aap Kya kehte hain..." Nyonika asked him as he was quite since he heard about the proposal.
"Hamari beti itni badi ho gayi hai... Pata hi Nahi chala..." He got emotional.
"Yeh tou tu sahi keh raha hai puttar... Ladkiyan kab badi hoti hai pata hi Nahi chalta... Jab unke rishta Aane lagte hai tab ehsaas hota hai ki... Ki iss chudiya ka tou waqt aa Gaya hai apna ghonsla chod ke udne ka.." Dadi added.
"Par puttar usse udna tou hai hi... Tu dil chota na kar... Itna acha rishta Aaya hai...Rabb sab acha hi karega..." Even Nani added with all her love and care.
"Ladka tou mujhe acha laga... Even though I didn't meet him that much... But Anant knows him personally so I don't have any objection..." Vikram said.
"Tou Theek hai... I will let Manik and Nandini also know about this..." Nyonika said.
"Acha when should we keep the reception for Manik and Nandini... We have to introduce Nandini as his wife to people... We some how manage everything till now... And didn't let the media interfere in our functions... But hum ziyada Rok Nahi paayenge... " Vikram was discussing about the reception.
"Whenever they go out media tou unko paagal kar degi..." He continued.
"Manik was telling me that he has an album deal pending which is going to finalize this weekend... As soon as the deal click we will do the reception on the same day..." Nyonika told about the album deal.
"You make sure when is it going to finalize... What day... So that we can fix the the reception date... We have to invite so many people and also let the media know...before they barge in and make a fuss..." Vikram said while finishing his breakfast.
" suniye..." Nandini said after some time.
"Hmmm..." Manik answered still keeping his eyes closed.
"I didn't bought any of my clothes... Ab main fresh hoke Kya pehnungi..." She very innocently asked clutching the sheet spread tight.
He smiled. And moved aside his side of the spread.
"Yeh Kya kar rahe hain aap... " she got shocked as he was coming out of the sheet.
"Kuch Nahi... Just give me a sec..." He said smirking at her.
He opened his night stand drawer and took out a sweat pant and put it on. And he turned to her and forwarded his hand to her...
"Main... How wil I come out... I'm not wearing..." And she sit-up and pulled her legs and covered herself more.
"Arey baba... I'm not gonna watch you... Just come with me I want to show you something..." He said very politely explaining her. She didn't budge.
"Acha main apni aankhein band kar leta hoon... You come out of the bed and wrap your self in the spread..." He said and turned his back to her. She got out of the bed and wrapped herself in the satin sheet spread.
"Are you done... Shall I open my eyes now..." He asked
"Yes... You can open now.." She said.
He turned and hold her hand and takes him to the door which was similar to his closet door. And it was next to his closet.
"Open the door... ". He said.
She went ahead and opened the door by pushing it.
And she got the biggest surprise.
It's a walking closet consists of so many different designers outfits hanging on hangers on the right side and left side is the shelving with some sandals and some folded clothes.
She went inside to look more further to see there were some sarees with blouses and some western clothes like pants and tops.
She was literally awestruck by the arrangement of different variety of clothes.
She turned to take a look at him.
"Yeh sab... " she was confused.
" Yeh sab Aliya and Mukti ka gift hai Tumhare liye... You know Aliya is working on to become a fashion designer... So she and Mukti with the help of mom arranged this for you..." He was standing in the door of the closet and telling her.
"And about your personal items... You can find it in the drawers..." He continued.
She walked toward him and touched his cheek with her palm.
"Thank you..," she said.
The sheet slipped off the shoulder exposing her milky skin with the blueish and reddish marks spread everywhere.
His gaze fell on it and he opened his mouth wide popping out his eyes.
Without replying for her thank you he moved her hair at the back and turned her to the brightness of the room. Turning her Aruond and checking all her neck and shoulders.
"Nandini yeh sab..." He was looking so guilty.
"I'm so sorry Nandini... Tumne mujhe Roka kyun Nahi..." He paused for a while.
"Is it hurting... Are you hurt... I'm really very sorry..." He was ranting not stop.. Until Nandini slammed herself on his bare , devoid of clothes , broad chest holding her sheet with both her hands.
He stopped suddenly. And looked at her with surprise. Both of them kept quiet for a while.
She lift her face up and looked into his guilty face and said
"Yesterday was the most prestigious and precious night of my life. The most blissful moment... You marked me yours... Mentally , physically , bodily , in every which way... You make me yours... " she was looking constantly into his eyes with lot of love and devotion which he can feel from her eyes.
"You loved me , you make me feel special , and you gave me the unforgettable memory... And you think you hurt me..." She lift herself on her tiptoe and kissed his chin and continued.
"You can never ever hurt me... And raha sawaal is marks ka ... So this is the proof of your immense and unlimited love for me... Which I cherish... And I'm proud of it...never ever say that you hurt me... Because you can't and you won't... And I will return your love in which ever way I can... " she said and came toward his chest and kissed on his heart..." I LOVE YOU..." She whispered.
Manik's eyes got moist listening to her sweet and unexpected explanation. He felt so proud of her.
He cupped her face in his palms and gave a kiss on her forehead.
"I LOVE YOU MORE..." He said very affectionately.
"Acha ab yeh bataiye ki main Kya pehnu..." She asked
"I think You should wear something which covers all these..." He smiled guiltily pointing to her marks...
"I know... I don't want to show the world that my husband loves me so much... I don't want the people to get jealous of me..." She said making him more comfortable and proud.
He went in her closet and took out a dark red color full sleeves anarkali knee length frock with the matching duppatta and churidaar. He came out and gave it to her.
"Here my favorite color... Ab jaldi jaao and fresh hoke aao... Isse pehle ke Mera mood badal jaaye..." And he pushed her in the washroom.
After almost half an hour nandini got fresh and came out of the washroom with a towel wrapped around her hair and looked around to see the room is still a mess and Manik was lying down on his stomach doing something with his phone.
She walked to the dresser and was looking for something.
He tilted his head on his left to see the most beautiful sight in front of him and a wide smile spread around his face. He got off of the bed and went near Nandini from behind her very quietly and hugged her from the back.
She startled by his touch. She thought he was still on the bed.
He held the towel and removed it from her hair. It fell down on her back and water droplets were falling from it.
He nuzzles his nose in her hair and inhaled the fragrance from it. He was lost in the sweet smell coming from her. She was blushing hard by his ever naughtiness.
"Aap fresh ho jaayiye... Phir hum neeche chalte hai..." She said.
"Ek shart par..." He said closing his eyes.
"Ab Kya shart hai... " she asked looking at him through the mirror.
"Mera naam lekar bolo... Phir main jaaunga..." He demanded.
"Tum Mera naam lene mein itna kyun sharmaati ho yaar... We are husband and wife... We are LIFE PARTNERS... And I think we are equal in every thing... Main tumhara naam leta hoon phir tum kyun Mera naam nahin leti ho..." He said it all
She turned to face him and taking his face in her palms and said.
"Kyun ki this is all new to me... I never have a guy as my friend...and you became my friend in a very little time and than turned to be my husband...so this journey from strangers to friends to LIFE PARTNERS was covered in such a small time... That I'm getting use to it... So give me some time...ok.." She explained very nicely.
"I can understand... That's why I'm helping you to come out of it... Waise I like it when you gets all shy and not take my name... I LOVE to tease you for that... But sometimes I want to here my name from you...so now you tell me taking my name than I'll go..." He makes a pouty face.
She pecked his lips suddenly smiling on his kiddish behavior.
"Ok baba... Please... Manik jaaiye naa fresh ho jaaiye..." She said and turned due to shyness.
He smiled and moving her hair on the side and kissed her on the neck and went inside the washroom.
She dried her hair and start cleaning the room by picking up the clothes which were spread around from last night. She opened the curtains of the balcony door and the room became bright.. She picked up a few almonds from the dry fruits tray and tossed it in her mouth.
She adjusted the bed covers by dusting all the rose petals on the ground. When everything was almost done she heard Manik calling her from the washroom.
"Nandini...Nandini... I think I forgot my towel outside... Zara de dou please... Wahin pada hoga..." Manik said in a loud voice peeking from the bathroom door.
Nandini looked around and saw the towel lying on the chair.
She picked it up and gave it to him
"Yeh lijiye..." She said passing it to him through the door.
He grabbed her hand with the towel and pulled her in the washroom and pinned her behind the door by holding her hands.
She closed her eyes thinking that he might be without clothes.
"Open your eyes Nandini..." He blow air on her face.
She was clinging on to him by grabbing his bare shoulders moving her head in a no.
"You are not wearing anything..." She said very innocently.
He laughed out loud on her antic face.
She opened one of her eyes and checked why is he laughing.
"But she couldn't understand as she can't see him fully with her one eye.
"Dekho... Maine kapde pehen hai... " he was still laughing.
"Phir aap mujh se towel kyun maang rahe thei..." Now she opened both of her eyes and turned crimson red by his condition. He was standing in front of her with wet and disheveled hair and wearing just his sweat pants.
Without any T shirt or any vest he was looking no less than a Greek God.
She bit her lower lip and turned her face not able to handle his hotness.
He smirked by his effect on her and turned her face with the help of his fingers.
"Kyun ke I forgot... That's why... See I was wet and I didn't have any towel here..." He smiled .
She put the towel Aruond his neck taking it from his hands and said.
" ok now dry yourself and come out..." And she was about to go out..
He grabbed her wrist and said...
"Madam aap Kahan jaa rahi hai... You have to dry it..." He pressed his lips together.
"But yahan... Ok come out..." She grabbed his wrist instead and bring him out and made him sit on the bed and starts drying his head.
He slowly slide his hands on her waist and held her tight moving her close to him.
A shiver ran down her spine by his touch. Her heart race in an accelerated speed. But she calmed herself down and asked him.
"How can I dry your hair if you be naughty like this... " she smiled at his naughtiness.
"I'm not being naughty... But main tou tumhari help kar raha hoon... You can do it more easily nai..." He was trying to be very innocent by making a cute face...
And she smiled at his silly stuff
When she's done she said.
"Now please put on your shirt I have some work for you..."
"What work..." He asked tugging his black half sleeves T shirt which matches with his gray and black sweat pants.
"Yeh..." Showing him the sindoor (vermilion) box
"Meri maang bhar dijiye please.." She said.
He smiled at her gesture and took,a pinch of sindoor and filled her maang.
She felt so proud of being his wife.
" ab chalein..." She asked.
"Haan chalo..." He too answered by fixing his hair with his hands.
They both came downstairs holding their hands.
Everybody was in the family room beside the kitchen. As soon as Nandini see all the family members she went ahead and bend down to take the blessings from Nani and Dadi.
They both blessed her together by saying.
"Khush raho aur sadaa suhagan raho..." She smiled at that blessings
It was almost late in the morning so Nyonika said.
"Tum log neeche kyun aa Gaye... You should have informed the servants from the intercom to bring the food upstairs... It's so late already and you guys didn't eat anything..."
"Bhook tou mujhe bhi bahut lagi hai..." Cabir came from the back.
"No mom we can eat here... Sab ke saath khane mein hi acha lagta hai..." Nandini said coming to her and bending down to take her blessings.
"Maine kaha na tumse... Your place is here in my heart... So daily as soon as you come down just give me a hug...ok..." She said and kissed her forehead. She went to Vikram Anant and Madhu to getter blessings one by one...
They also give her the blessings of being happy always and being suhagan always.
"Ok first you guys go and eat... Than we'll talk everything else..." Nyonika said.
They both walked to the table which is next to the family room and seated.
Nandini started serving Manik what he wants to eat and than she asked Cabir. He said he'll help himself. Than she pour herself a glass of orange juice and started eating her breakfast.
Nyonika too came and sat on one of the chair.
"Manik I have a good news for you...l" she said with a huge smile.
"Kaisi good news mom..." He asked taking a bite of the egg.
"Mukti ke liye rishta Aaya hai..." She said.
"Kiska... Who is the guy and kaun log hai..." Manik's attention was alerted now.
"Tum usse jaante ho... Abhimanyu..." She declared.
"Dr Abhimanyu... Jo Navya ka cousin hai..." He asked with a surprise.
"Haan wohi... Tumhe Woh kaisa lagta hai..." She wanted to know his point of you about him.
"Theek thaak Banda hai... I like him... Nandini Tum tou usse janti ho na... What do you say... Mujhe tou Bahut sincere and professional laga Woh...but mom who gave you this proposal..." He asked Nandini and Nyonika together.
"His mother met me yesterday... Namratha introduced us... And she expressed her wish and she also said that she'll officially bring the proposal once we are free..." Nyonika gave all the information.
"Nandini what do you think of him... Kya tumhe lagta hai hamari Mukti uske saath khush reh sakti hai..," she turned to her and asked.
"Abhi is a good person and he was always sincere in his profession... Hamare family mein wohi sab se ziyada dedicated tha towards studies... And he is very caring and calm person... Ghussa Bahut kam aata hai... In my opinion he is a very good guy...," she said very hesitantly.
"Tou Chalo phir sab ki taraf se ok hai... Cabir what do you think..," she asked Cabir who is busy in eating.
"Aunty... I think he is a very sober guy... Itne Dino Se hum saath saath hai koi aisi waisi baat tou nazar nahi aayi... Acha Ladka hai...aur hamari gada dhaari bheem jaisi Mukti ke liye bahut hi acha rahega..." Cabir too approved.
"Iska Matlab everyone opinion is good about him... So let's wait and see what's coming for Mukti..." She smiled and said.
"Manik you have to take Nandini for pag phere ki rasam to her house..." Nyonika informed about this new rasam.
"Yeh Kya rasam hai mom..." He asked still eating while Nandini was drinking juice and taking slow bites of paratha.
"It's just a way for the bride to go and meet her parents the next day ater her marriage and let them know that how happy she is and make them feel comfortable..." She explained.
"Ok I'll take her... What time..."
"When ever you guys want to go.. Upto you..." She said.
Mukti and Aliya also came down along with Dhruv.
Cabir thought of something and turned to Manik and asked.
"Manik... I didn't want to disturb you in your thing but... We have an album to submit this weekend..., hum already uss zee label waale ko two times talaa chuke hai ... I don't think we can give him anymore excuse.., tou Kya karna hai..." He asked.
"Karna Kya hai... I already have three songs ready with me... Two more songs to go... Do you know when do have to meet..," Manik asks.
"No maybe Friday or Saturday... I'll do this... Today I'll meet him and discuss the details and let you know... Tab tak tu decide kar ki when can we do the recording..," they were deciding about the things.
"Ya that's fine with me... Mukti Aliya Dhruv we need to jam for for sometime... Maybe tomorrow... You guys let me know and than we'll practice before recording.. What say..." He asked.
"Yes ok with me..." Aliya said.
"Even I'm ready..." Dhruv added too.
"I'm tou always ready for playing music... You know bhai..." Mukti smiled and came to Nandini and hugged her from the back.
"Hello and welcome to the family Bhabs..." She smiled widely.
"Thanks..." Said Nandini hugging her back. Even Aliya and Dhruv wished her good morning and settled themselves to have some breakfast...
"Mukti and Aliya... I want to tell you something..." Nandini said in between her meal.
"Haan bolo..." Aliya said. Mukti looked up to her.
"Thank you... Thank you so much for arranging the clothes for me... It was very nice of you guys..." She said.
"Nandini... You are welcome... But Don't say thanks... It's all cool... And I love to do these things..." Aliya said with lot of happiness because Nandini liked it.
