{CHAPTER 42 -A}

As soon as Mukti reached her flat door and was about to ring the bell she stopped a he dint like the idea of disturbing Nandini at this hour of time started searching for spare keys in her hand bag. But for she could unlock the door herself the door opened with a Nandini standing dressed in white pink minnie mouse pyjamas with hairs secured in high ponytail looking straight towards Mukti. And the very next instant Mukti was engulfed in a warm secure hug by Nandini. Tears tricked in mukti's eyes with a content smile. She caressed her hair lovingly which only made her grip tight. This was a way they shared there happiness grief sorrows. They both have spent last 7 years being for each other ,being with each other ,being besides each other and have filled in the voids in each others life.

"Went to Abhimanyu?" Asked Nandini still hugging tight.

"Hmm... He must be dancing up there out of joy as his baby doll has finally got her happiness." Said Mukti still stoking her head affectionately making Nandini smile lazily imagining her words.

Mukti broke the hug and cupped her face making her look at her serene face with bit red eyes yet a genuine sweet smile plying on her lips she said " my joy knows no bounds thinking about you like my baby doll being married to her love finally."

"Mukti! I don't-" Nandini tried to speak but was cut off by Mukti as she already knew what was coming next.

"Your love won Nandini! You both have crossed all the huddles in your life. None could keep you apart. I am so happy for you! Don't think you are doing something unfair to me because you aren't... The more i wanna keep u with me for my selfish reasons the more i want you to have all the love and happiness in this world. I choose this life for myself even before you and not to deny you gave me the strength to walk on that chosen life path with strength. Now i want to be happy and satisfied seeing you having happiness of the world and more that you can ever wish for!" Said Mukti planting a soft kiss on her forehead lovingly and hugged her back. Nandini broke the hug as she felt a familiar touch on her head caressing her and whined to see a smiling Arushi standing looking at her affectionately with her hand still on her head. "God bless you Nanu! I am so happy for you!" She whispered softly making Nandini smile and throw her arms around her to which even Mukti joined making Arushi chuckle.

"Get off me you bean bags! I cant breath!" Arushi screamed out dramatically between her giggles making other two laugh out too.

"Guys! Coffee? I am famished!" Asked Mukti with hopeful eyes.

"I have a flight to catch! But thats i still got time so it doesn't sounds bad and even am too famished too!"

"You really have to go!" Asked Mukti to which Arushi gave a i-cant-help-it smile and answered " yup i have a lots of pending work there as i even have to take a long long vacation for a destination wedding as i cant miss a bit of it!" Said Aarushi throwing teasing look towards Nandini making her blush into deep shades of red.

"Cool! I will be back with something to even eat with coffee!" Said Mukti cheerfully and strolled to the kitchen leaving Nandini and Arushi behind in living room with an awkward silence engulfing them. Arushi smiled a bit seeing Nandini playing with her fingers out if nervousness and who can know better than her reason behind all that.

"You cant be serious! Are we?" Exclaimed Arushi dramatically taking Nandini by surprise as she continued " my Nanu is getting nervous or are these jitters of wedding!"

Seeing nandini's shocked flushed face listening to her comment she laughed out loud just to receive a smack from Nandini.

"Arushi! I dono how to say this but i am seriously sorry for what ever happened!" Started Nandini bit was cut off by Arushi " wow wow wow young lady hold one! Cut the apologise because they are said when committed a mistake... You dint have to be guilty about all this... I was clear about all this from the start and was just playing along!" To which arushi smiled and took nandini in a side hug.

And honestly it was one heck of fun doing all this!!!" Exclaimed Arushi excitedly to which Mukti laughed as soon as she herd her entering to room with coffee mugs and chocolate brownies. " i second you there! It was indeed fun! I cant believe i hat to cut cabir's finger off to stop a bloody engagement!" Said Mukti between her giggles which shocked Nandini and Arushi beyond withs.

"Freak!!! I so knew it that something was fishy there but couldn't put finger on it... But this was something beyond imagination!!!" Arushi laughed her head out connecting the dos an imagining the scene.

"Mukti!! Seriously!!" Sad Nandini still shocked and shock her head and said " "Mukti! How much you grow up the prankster in you will never stop kicking you!" And smacked her lightly making Arushi and Mukti laugh out harder.

"And most entertaining was Aarushi's performance with Nyonika. Like seriously ...where were you all these years. She so needed some one who could give her back good like this since ages!"

"But of course its better late than never!" Said Arushi making both laugh out loud discussing about other unknown and known hilarious incidents of roka as well as engagement ceremony over mug of coffee.

"I tell you you are so lucky that you got such a loving not to forget a hunk hot and sexy guy! Who always has a tag -i-am-taken- on his forehead." Teased Arushi making Mukti laugh and Nandini blush into beetroot colour.

"Ohky guys! I guess it time for me to leave... See u soon!! And don't worry about the wedding preparations and stuff... Every thing will be taken care of... If any change in schedule i will let you guys know... And anything you guys want to add up in your list do call me!" Said Arushi strolling across the room and getting her stuff and walking out.

"Aye aye captain!" Both Nandini and Mukti screamed out in union making Arushi chuckle.

{CHAPTER 42- B}

As stubborn and feisty Malhotra he is, he turned the hospital upside down and forcefully got himself discharged with in next 3 hours.And more then him the hospital faculty was happy and actually celebrating his exit from the hospital. Come On, who wont celebrate if an unwanted uninvited tornado turns your life a mini hell. But it wasn't even Manik's fault completely. He did asked and requested them politely but there bossy nature dint go along with Manik. Then Manik has his own ways to deal with such people.

As soon as he reached his house. He directly crashed in his bed feeling utterly restless. Nandini's words still ringing in his ears. He couldn't help but grin like an idiot on his own thoughts.

Hua hai aaj pehli baar
Jo aise muskuraya hun
Tumhe dekha toh jaana ye
Ke kyun duniya mein aaya hun


Manik smiled to himself. Nandini was, is and will always be the first girl he felt so strongly for. The possessiveness she evokes in him can only be compared to anything in this world. This brought a smile on his face. She was and is always a permeant reason for his smile.

Ye jaan lekar ke ja meri

Main tumse ishq karne ki

When Everything ended 7 years ago. Still i wasn't able to make myself hate her. When every damn thing was against us still it couldn't make me hate her. I used to curse him that why i dint deserve anyone close to me whom i can love pamper,care, protect and spoil to no end. But he did gave justice, gave me my love back when it is way stronger than it can ever be.

He still was finding hard that all this was happening in real. Since the day he meet Nandini, Nandini had been occupying his mind every minute of the day sometimes consciously and sometime unconsciously for him Nandini seemed to exist everywhere where she wasn't present her voice was and where her voice wasn't present her thoughts were present and where even her thoughts were not present there there nothing existed for Manik.

Zameen se asmaan tak
Hum dhundh aaye jaha saara
Bana paya nahi abb tak
Khuda tumse koi

Since the college days, She was always special for him otherwise nobody could have been alive after naming him monster. Even after getting a handful from him she still didn't change his name. And then the way she chews on her lower lip when tensed and nervous - has she ever thought what it did to him? Thodi pagal hai but cute hai!

He am in love with a crazy antique piece, actually, I am the idiot. Why you may ask? Because He has been siting here for the past four hours trying to figure out when He fell in love with her and He can't pinpoint anything. Nothing, zero, zilch, nada. SHe's just always been there.

He didn't know when the "love" thing happened, but He could say love doesn't happen all at once, it was probably gradual - below the conscious threshold for years.

Manik felt so overwhelmed with the feeling irrupting in his heart that he wanted to shout on the top of his voice to the whole world that how happy he was, how lucky he felt at that moment. He seriously dint know what good he ever did to deserve such pure love who completely changed him May be because she loved him when he dint loved himself.

But more than that she made me feel things that He hadn't felt around anyone. No one got under my skin like she did, no one understood him like she did. He sighed and rolled over in his bed again.

Hoon khushkismat jo kismat se

He was missing her badly already. Its just 10 hours ago we were together and now it was feeling like it ha been ages since he had conversed with her. Weird isnt it? But beautifully weird.
Now, all of a sudden, since exactly 8 hours and 36 minutes ago, there was an addition to his dreams and aspirations. He saw her in the future, He travelled the world with her, He came home to her at the end of the day, instead of nights partying away at some random club He saw quiet and lazy movie nights at home with her. And the most beautiful part of it was that He could see himself getting married to her one day. I wasn't afraid of it, but I was generally afraid of marriage before. It seemed like such a huge commitment and it still did, but He wanted it now. With her and always wanted with her only.

He sighed and tossed around in his bed again, his side drawer caught his attention, He knew his phone was in there. And He knew that there was one person He needed to talk to right then. He opened the drawer and took his phone out, no messages from her. He was about to throw it back into the drawer when He realised that her parting word. Damn! She was hell mad it him and he has to definitely make it upto her soon.

Manik was surfing and was making arrangements for manofy his princess, house bell rang. He dragged himself off bed towards the main door sulking within for disturbing him. He opened the door and found no one out there. He huffed with himself and was about to close the door shut just than his eyes fell on a large gift wrapped box with a purple orchid bouquet. He was surprised to see them and looked around to find someone who could have possibly delivered it but failed immensely. He took out a scroll out of the bouquet.

Please wear it for me... Don't stress yourself sweetheart... Just get ready without questions with a beautiful smile...
Will be waiting for you at 8...don't make me wait for too long...


Manik couldn't help but grin like and idiot and ran his fingers in his hairs. He couldn't believe he just got same scroll which he gave Nandini in their last not-so-datey-date.

"This girls never falls to surprise me. Damn! What is this girl upto now... I need you Nandini!!!" Manik thought threading his hairs with his fingers with a boyish grin playing on his lips.

Yaar!!! I cant tell you... How i am feeling writing these end chapters!
Seriously! I am soo sooo soo soo attached to this story than any other story of mine. Yup being my first story is also a reason but i got so so sooo many friends and so beautiful and understanding readers. When someone says that they actually loved this stroy the the most it actually males me feel like i am writing something worth reading and worth waiting.and it has been so long that i have been writing for you guys now but still when ever i update this story it makes me feel nervous that how will it turn out.

Now! This last part must be shock as you were expecting Manik ti do all this stuff. Now as these are end parts i want to ask you all my rasugullas that what you guys want to see or read in nest chapter. I will try my level best to fulfil your wishes.
