Well all u lovely people ..thank u thank u so much for the appreciation. Some of u are requesting for longer updates but i would like to say that since i m giving 2 updates a day so it seems fair that the updates are short , otherwise i will run out of ideas in few updates and then i will have to end the ff. I hope u understand and the people who are waiting for manan romance , i ll say HAVE PATIENCE buddies😉

PART 5:

NEXT DAY, early morning manik got up and went for his workout. When he came back he suddenly remembered about the gift by nandini. He immediately called the servant and asked him to bring the gift with name of MURTHY. The servant went and brought the gift and handed over to manik and left from there. Manik was so eager to see the gift that he anyhow managed to open the wrapping by tearing scratching mercilessly😛. He opened the case and found a watch with musical note embedded on its dial. The brand name was INFINITY. Manik did not know it was Murthy's company . But he was very fascinated that nandini knew his love for music , even before meeting him, and so gave such a thoughtful gift. He smiled like a fool and ruffled his own hair and said " gawwd is she the one" and went to freshen up. After getting ready in a blue jean and white tee , he wore the INFINITY watch and came down for breakfast. His parents and mukti were already there waiting for him. He took his seat and the servants served him. He wished everyone GOOD MORNING in extra cheerful voice and they too replied back. Maan seeing his son happy, gestured neyonika to talk to him as it was a good opportunity.

Neyo: manik, beta we wanted to talk to u about something important

Manik who was having his french toast stopped mid way and looked at them . Mukti too got curious as their parents were not behaving normally.

Manik: yeah mom tell me, why are u being so formal. Say what do you want to talk

Maan: beta u know the renovation project of mudisland resort has been given to a company in the meeting which u could not attend...

Manik nodded his head. maan continued

maan: so u know the project has been given to INFINITY , their designs were really remarkable...

as soon as manik heard INFINITY, he got curious

maan: the company is owned by alok murthy whom you met last night and nandini is their project design head...

manik now understood that the watch gifted to him was their own private company and probably they had ordered it and made exclusively for him. he also had a little idea that may be the design of the watch was nandini's as she was a designer herself.

maan: She is very talented beta , i was so impressed by her designs. so me and your mom...

maan paused and looked at neyonika. meanwhile manik's belief that she was PERFECT...PERFECT FOR HIM...was becoming stronger by every info that he got about her.

neyo: beta we want to say that we want to make nandini your wife and our daughter-in-law.

maan and neyonika paused to look at manik , waiting for his reaction. but instead of manik, mukti jumped up from her chair and shouted WHHAAATTT!!!, though the shout was not of anger but of amazement that how could her parents know what she wanted to say!!. neyonika calmed her down and asked her about what happened.

neyo: dont you like her mukti?? if thats the case tell me..we wont go against our children's wishes.

mukti was shocked that her parents got her reaction in a wrong way so she hurriedly corrected herself.

mukti: mom mom i did not say that. in fact what i wanted to say is that i like nandini and i too was thinking to tell u about making her my bhabhi, but before that u said it urself, so i reacted on impulse😆 .

neyonika and maan were happy as one of their children agreed with thier decision . nowthey looked at manik who was sitting quietly all the while. Actually manik was thinking that everything is happening so fast , should he ask for sometime from his parents or should directly say yes, as he knew nandini enough by now that he feels confident that he can spend rest of his life with her.

neyo: is there any problem manik?

maan: yeah son tell us

manik: no mom there is no problem, u want to make her ur daughter-in-law i dont have problem with that . its just i wanted to talk to fab 3 . i want to know their opinion too.

maan and neyonika were happy as manik had agreed and the decision of his friendswould be the same. but they did not say anything to manik. manik and mukti took leave from their parents and got in their car and went to their studio and on the way messaged fab 3 to reach studio.

meanwhile maan called his P.A. and asked for the personal of alok murthy. it was a sunday so no one had office. maan rang up alok and asked for his permission to come to murthys house at night for discussing about something but didnot disclose what that someting was😉 alok agreed and the meeting was fixed.

STUDIO

Fab 5 were sitting and playing soft tunes.

Cabir: yaar tune hame bulaya itne emergency me ar ab bol v ni raha h ki kya hua h!! ye acha h jhuth bol k practice pe jaldi bula lo...Grreatt idea.

mukti: mujhe lagta h bhai aaj maun wrat pe hain so i ll do the honours

manik smiled sheepishly and said go ahead

mukti: so the thing is ki bhai is getting married

cabir choked..WHHHATTT?? ek raat me isne asa kya kar diya ki itni bari saja mil rahi h isko

dhruv: are cabir shut up!! ask the most imp question..WHO IS THE GIRL?

aliya: yeah kaun h wo lucky gal??

mukti; NANDINI

Hearing her name suddenly, manik turned towards the door thinking she has come there. but then he realised that his friends were talking about her. His friends, literally, rolled on the floor laughing, seeing him behave like a loverboy. They were happy too that finally he had got someone of his match.

cab: so when is he getting hanged?😉

mukti: arey he told dad that he first wants to know fab 5 opinion about nandini , only then he will say yes. thats why we called you guys here.

Fab 5 felt blessed to have a friend like manik who truly considers them as his family. all of them agreed that nandini is a perfect match for manik and that they liked her. Getting their nod, mukti called up her mom and said that they can proceed in their plan as manik is ready to get married. Neyonika informed mukti that they are going to murthys place tonight and they should reach home on time. Manik had already made up his mind that he would marry her if she doesnt have a problem. So he would know her opinion tonight...
