in precap he didn't remember anything after Cabir and he was going to pick Nandini,means he didn't remember the accident also as far I heard...then he fainted..maybe after waking up,he will forget Nandini also😕

He said main Nandini se Mila tha.

I think he would not remember anything of those four months.
