Manan Hatred and revenge but where is love?
Part 4
Manik was lying on his bed. It was 2 in the afternoon but still he had done nothing than lying on his bed and thinking about HER. There was an unusual feeling of restlessness that engulfed him. He was surrounded with all sort of strange feelings that he never felt before. He had no clue of what was happening to him, nor he bothered to know why and what those feelings were.
He was trying to feel proud of himself, but he was hardly feeling even satisfied. He thought after getting done with her for once and for all he'll be free, he'll feel happy again to get rid of her finally but that peace and happiness was no where near him.
But he chose to shoo aside his thoughts and have a deep slumber away from those disturbing and unrealistic thoughts, he took those feelings just as an outcome of the eventful day that it had been. He lay on the bed trying to get some sleep but as soon as he closed his eyes HER glowing and peaceful face flashed in front of his eyes. HER thoughts were haunting him ever since he had left her broken there. Her swollen eyes, full of pain hurt and grief. He didn't know why but he just wasn't able to get that image out of his head. The way she was pleading him to say that it was all a lie, to say that he wasn't serious, to tell her that he really loved her and that he wasn't going anywhere. All these things kept flashing before his eyes. "I love you manik" "I love you more than anything in this world, you mean my world to me" "promise me manik, promise me that you will never leave me..!!" All her words were echoing in his ears and he felt that his brain would just explode."STOOPPP...!!!" He yelled on top of his voice unable to bear it anymore. He sat up straight on his bed holding his head in between his hands and was panting heavily.
"What is happening to me? Why are her words haunting me so much!!?? Gosh..! I should have known that girl is a trouble. Even after leaving her, her thoughts won't just leave my head. Has she done some kind of black magic or what? Why would I even think about a commoner like her? Common manik... stop thinking about her. She's a closed chapter now. I'm sure after what I did with her she won't even dare to show me her face ever again. And these stupid thought even they would soon get out of your head. Yeah ..!!"
He tried consoling himself... but the thought of not seeing her ever again pierced his heart and the more he thought about it the more restless he grew, but being THE MANIK MALHOTRA that he is, he aging refused to acknowledge his feelings and just let it be. He got up from the bed and made his way to the bar counter and sat there gulping down as many bottles he could before he passed out on the same spot.
On the other side...
Nandini sat on a bench looking at the waves coming till her feet. The beautiful pinkish orange and yellowish sky did nothing but to increase her beauty two times more than she actually was. Beauty was all she defined, without any traces of make up just pure beauty with the shine of the sunset bright on her face. Her silky long open hair swaying with the wind like waves of the ocean. Her milky white skin which could easily give a hard time for any man to control his desires. Indeed she was every man's desire. Perfect curves, luscious lips which one could happily die to claim, almond shaped eyes which had depth of an ocean. She was a pure bliss indeed.
No one could tell by her face what was going on in her mind right now, both her face and eyes conveyed different emotions. Her eyes showed a range of emotions, of hatred pain hurt but one which was overpowering all was that of REVENGE.There was determination on her face. And no man looking at her in this avatar would want to mess with such a dangerous beauty.
"Mr.Manik Malhotra you've done a big big mistake.! You have no idea with whom you've decided to mess with. But don't worry my dear, you'll realize soon, and I'll make you realize it and I swear I'm gonna make you regret every bit of it. You love to play games don't you? So let me teach you how to play it fair!" she said in a sarcastic tone full of hatred.
Suddenly she felt a tap on her shoulder that broke her chain of thoughts.
"Who is it??" she asked without bothering to look over her shoulder.
"It's me baby doll." She heard someone say and she hurriedly turned around and pounced on the person in front of her and pulled him in a tight hug.
"Whooaah kiddo, calm down calm down I'm not going anywhere." That person said again pulling her out of the hug.
" You have no idea how glad I am to see you right now.!! But anyways leave that and first come and have a seat." With this they both sat beside each other on the same bench.
"So what's happening?" Abhi asked seeing nandini lost seeing the waves coming to and fro
"Nothing much" and after few seconds silence nandini's lips curved into a evil smirk which was noticed by abhi and could make out that this innocent soul is up to something
"So? Miss Nandini Murthy lets talk about something that's more important for now." Abhi asked sensing something in this smirk and what he heard next was enough to take away the floor beneath him and in reply he asked nandini in a very frightened tone "Are you sure that you want to do it? I mean as far I know you..." And he was cut in between by her , " I was never more confident about anything else in life than this. Yes I'm sure I want to do it, cause this time my only priority is to destroy HIM, and I will do anything and everything needed to do that."
