This might be too far fetched but I think the reason manik was wearing white was because the last time nandini saw him, he was wearing white and so she dreams about him in white..
Lol I think this was too random and that's because I kinda wanted to see manik in some other colour but this reason (whether true or not) has satisfied me 😊

Manik please come back soon and bring some colours in nandini's life!
