Manik ignited the car when suddenly his eyes fell on Nandini. He bent closer towards her. Nandini's heartbeat started to rise. "Oh my God Manik is coming so close to me what I will do Aiyyapa "she closed her eyes tightly. Manik smirked seeing the effect on her.. He bent closer his hot breath s was fanning her face. He slides his hand beside her, his hand slightly touching her waist Nandini was shivering under his touch. He lightly pulled the seat belt and tugged it and moved back. While Nandini was sitting still closing her eyes. After a few minutes Nandini opened her eyes and saw Manik sitting on his seat smirking at her. She turned her face feeling embarrassed when Manik asked "Miss Murthy were you expecting something?" in a teasing tone. "NO!!" shouted Nandini... "Aisa kuch nahi hai... Chalein?" she asked hesitatingly not making any eye contact with him. "Hmm.. Sure" said Manik and winked at her. she looked on the other side blushing.

Manik: So where are we going??

Nandini turned to his side and asked " Do you Like Nature??"

Manik: Ofcourse... infact I love it.

Nandini was very happy listening to this.

Nandini excitedly: Okay then let's go to zabeel park!! You will surely love it.

Manik nodded and started in the direction of the park.

They reached Zabeel Park and Manik parked his car. Nandini excitedly jumped out and started running towards the lawn area. Just then Manik shouted "Nandini!!" and she turned back "Yes?". Manik then said in a mocking tone "Mujhe laga tum mujhe ghumane aai ho!'. Nandini slightly hit her forehead with her fingers and said making a puppy face "I am sorry!!! It's just that I love nature a lot. Come" but Manik did not moved a bit and made a bad face. Nandini came running to him and held his hand and started dragging him "Chalo Dramebaaz". Manik flashed his all 32 teeth and started walking with her.

They were roaming around the garden seeing all kinds of different structures and trees holding each other's hand. Manik was all time noticing her expressions when she saw different types of things. Then they headed towards the boating section. "Manik mujhe nahi baithna mujhe dar lagta hai please!!' but Manik was adamant and said "I don't know anything you have to come with me!! Come on Nandu!! " and he made a pleading face. The way he said Nandu she could not refuse him "Okay fine" and they hired a boat. They sat and the boat started moving just then because of the waves the boat stumbled and Nandini immediately hugged Manik tightly.. Manik started rubbing her back to soothe her and then wrapped his arms around her. She hugged him till the end of their boat round. He carefully made her get down and then they walked to their car as Nandini was terrified by the incident. He gave her water but she did not take it then he slowly lifted her head up and made her drink water by his hand and said "it's okay Nandini ab hum bahar aa gaye hain!! I am sorry!!" Guilt was clearly depicting in his tone. After sensing it Nandini immediately looked up and said "It's Okay Manik!! Come on lets go to eat something I am hungry " and smiled. Manik nodded and got in the car and said "Chalo!".

Soon they reached a restaurant. They had their Lunch and went to the Dubai mall. They explored the mall and then went to the aquarium part. Nandini was very excited and jumping like a kid while Manik was admiring her.

They went inside. Nandini would open her mouth in a perfect O whenever she used to see a big Fish and Manik would just admire her. She was standing on a side of the wall pressing her nose when a giant fish came and hit the wall. She jumped bacvk with fear and hugged Manik. Manik brought her out and suggested her to go to Burj Khalifa.It was dark by then.

Soon they reached Burj Khalifa, Manik parked the car while Nandini waited for him outside unlike the last time. Manik came towards her and gave his hand she happily held it and started walking. They reached the railing and saw the Dubai fountain. It was looking very beautiful. Nandini's eyes were sparkling and Manik was just watching her.

Nandini was dead tired and so they dropped the plan to go to the top.

They reached the Hotel and Nandini was sitting making a sad face.

Nandini; But Manik abhi to mujhe tumhe Desert Safari bhi karani thi..

Manik: It's okay Nandini tum thak gayi ho and upar se this is not he first time I am visiting Dubai . Main already bohot baar aa chukka hoon.

Nandini: What?

After this Manik Realised what he had said and then made a sorry face.

Nandini (sadly): Manik tum aise kaise kar sakte ho??

Manik: I am sorry!! Vo I wanted to go out with you.

Nandini: Why?

Manik: Arey actually vo college ke time se... I mean vo we were in same college...actually main tumhe...

Nandini: Manik kya bolna chate ho?

Manik: You remember hum same college mein the?/

Nandini: You remember it?? Mujhe laga ki tumhe pata bhi nahi hoga ki I exist.

Manik: Accha fine chalo mere saath...

Nandini: Kahan?

Manik dragged her to the lawn of the Hotel and she was mesmerized to see the arrangements.

Nandini: ye sab kya hai??

Manik: Jaisa tum sochti ho ki I never valued your presence... to be honest yes, it did not matter to me for the first month of the year but after that I saw you dancing in the auditorium and that was the moment when I fell for you. Yes Nandini I have loved you since that day. Mere graduate hone ke ek saal baad tak bhi I used to come to college just to see you but after that I never saw you. Main tumhare ghar bhi gaya but you were not there. This one year has been hardest for me. Is one year I worked enough to make myself worthy of you. Please Nandini don't leave this time please!!. Main tumhe college mein hi propose kardeta but I did not have that guts and I was not even worthy of you because us time sab mere papa ka tha jo main flaunt karta tha but now its all mine. NANDINI MURTHY I LOVE YOU!!

Nandini froze at her place. Though she was happy as she too loved him but her past of that one year was haunting her.

She stepped back and turned toleave when manik said "I know you love me too".
