This is amazing!! You described her frame of mind and voiced the pain in her heart beautifully. I am a sucker for angst and I love love loved this.

I loved how you connected the pain she is experiencing now with the pain she felt when her parents died. Her loneliness, her need to hold on to the memories and her angst is heart breaking. And her cursing his beloved stars and letting go of her fireflies in anger, only to run into the water and take in those tangibles of his love. If she had let it go and lost her hope, she would not be Manik's Nandini.

Is there going to be a part-2? The shooting star and her words reminded me of the first episode. So can I assume that Manik will come to his Nandini? I am placing my bets on Nandini's wish to the shooting stars and hoping that they would some how meet each other...

I ended up reading it with tears :')
This was Beauty... I seriously can't explain the depth of Nandini's emotions, u wrote it flawlessly. ..
This was Awesome bus!!

I'm humbled by your words. Glad you loved it dear and loved that you let me know what you liked.

Pain.. That darn thing... That scar that loved ones leave behind. I shall never be able to put that in coherent words I guess. There's so much this little soul has gone through. Yes she is brave and strong but then it just needs a memory to weaken the strongest of all. With Manik not beside her I can coin many words but guess there's one word I hear my mind shout... "LOST".

Letting go is easier said than done.

Its a three shot sweets so yes there are two more chapters that would be posted. I could never forget that it was Manik who helped her make peace with the stars. the stars and fireflies have always had this connect so couldn't leave them out, could I?

Well the pain is mutual dear... MaNan can wrung your heart in the most painful manner.
As far as Nandini's emotions are concerned I doubt I can do justice to it... no words can... but know that your words have touched me... Thank You... 🤗

This is what true love is! I can't see Nandini moving on and she isn't as well. I love manan to the core and it hurts me to see that one part of it is missing. I just hope that this TS of yours gives us a much needed closure and takes away some of the pain we are experiencing. But again manan is eternal and no stupid story line or actor can change that for me. I have found my solace in their hamesha and will keep doing so.
Please continue soon and keep on writing from time to time I've read enough of your work to know what a gem of a person you are! 😃

True Love...I bet you its more than this for sure... As I stated earlier in a reply... Moving on is easier said than done. Its a soul ripping phase. It needs time and you just cannot rush it up.

I do not give you a word of this TS giving you the needed closure. For it becomes difficult to coin something for MaNan at this phase. But I do hope that the coming two shots do at the least put things in a better perspective if not the best. I'm more into mushy writing than the angst. But then again I'll try. Guess Nandini's angst can be dealt in a more better manner by many of my great writer friends here in the forum.

Thanks for the words up there. It truly made my day.
