Niti's likely year of birth is 1992, which makes her 22, turning 23 on November 8th this year. The reason I'm saying this is because she said in an interview in May 2012 that she had finished her 2nd year in college going into third year, which means that she must have been 19 and a half years at the time (assuming that she studied as per normal schooling). Having said that I must admit that she does not look her age. She looks like a seventeen year old.
Coming to Parth, I think he is 25 and a half years old (born in 1990 and not 1991). This is again going by what he said in an interview that he was born on Holi day. Now Holi was celebrated on March 11, 1990 and not March 11, 1991.
By the way, your title is misleading, because I don't see any image problem Niti has, if she is older than what people think. In fact it is a compliment if one does not look one's age but looks younger instead.
