What is plan of Harshad for Dhruv?

As we saw that Harshad instigated Dhruv to take club job by saying him that he is a looser and a background singer of fab5. Now Dhruv has taken the job and got appreciation too. Harshad is quite happy about it. Yesterday Mukti and Cavya also could not see Dhruv due to circumstances. But what is plan of Harshad, doing it he is trying to keep Dhruv away from fab5 or trapping Dhruv in any plan like contract sign with club owner that he can't perform in talent hunt day. Again it's sure that Dhruv won't tell anyone about this job thing. So when it will come in front of fab4, especially Manik, things will be get complicated. So Harshad has definitely planned something big for sure which will create issues in fab 5.
