This doubt is so cropping in my head...all the signs show nandini protecting aryamaan...no one except her know the truth...and aryamaan is no ways a saint...so if need be ..he just might say nandini was double timing manik...i mean at end of the day they do have to show some conflict...coz they arent showing any development in dhrulya...navya preg and baby and her growing feelings for cabir arent going to be centre...to take track further either they break up manan again..which is high possibility and done to death theme or...they give other tracks prominence ..which i dont think happening ...no offence but dhruv and rishabh mystery was also big part of kyy in start...so instead of possible done to death theme of break up...may be they can team manan as scully mulder aka x files styles😉

I dnt think Manik doubts Nandini, their relationship has reached niche stage knowing each other very well. It's just not trust , they know each other that's what made them fall for each other madly .
