There's confusion with regards to Arya I think. Arya believes that Manik is the cause for Soha's death, he did not accept her "Love" and that's why he wants revenge. Does he think Manik murdered her? I don't think so. He said, She died because she loved Manik, Manik killed her. But did he mean that Manik literally killed her?😕

Arya knew Soha loved Manik..and Manik charged to kill her... So as brother he thot the person his sis loved killed her may b used her innocence .. I don't think he knew abt Soha s mental status...

there is the contradiction .. In Arya's talk to harshad regarding the bro-Sis relationship he is derisive when he point's out that harshad doesn't know about his sister's eating disorder.

yet he had no contact with his own sister for about 10 years... didn't know of her mental instability.( reminds me of the 'phoolom ka tarom ka'... hare rama hare krishna movie)

i would have liked for Alya and Arya to connect .. not in the romantic sense as there was still the unresolved issue of Dhruv... she would have shown him the example of rising above family loyalties to support what is right...

Yeah.. that's what makes his character confusing.. on one side he comes across as a thoughtful guy who makes judgements on the basis of his own observations.. and on the other side he tries to harm Manik despite Nandini having asked him a chance to prove Manik's innocence! Add to that the lines he uttered in the hospital room seeing Nandu sleeping beside Manik..it's psychotic!
