CHAPTER 24

the next morning manik opened his eyes because he felt her absence. it had become a habit for him to wake up if she moves slightly from his side. he looked around and saw she wasnt beside him. then he looked at the time. it was 9 am but he didnt bother to go to office as it was sunday. suddenly he heard the door being open and there she was entering the room wearing a white anarkali with a tray having a mug of his favourite coffee and his favourite smile on her lips. he adjusted himself on the bed resting his back on the headboard and giving her the sweetest smirk. she kept the tray beside the bed on the table and kissed him on his cheeks saying

n=good morning

manik blushed and made her sit infront of him entwining their hands...his eyes met hers, they were red and a bit swollen. in a moment he understood she might have shed tears during shower but was trying her best to hide it with her smile. she knew it didnt take him long to figure it out and without he could say something she holded her ears and said in a childish manner

n=solly... chotusa baby doll ne thorasa cry kiya

manik could never resist her childish cute antics ..he pulled her in a bear hug and kissed her hair. she hugged him back tightly

m=mujhe pata ha its not easy for my doll, but she is trying so much... dont worry jaan, sab theek hojayega and both of us will shoo away these tears from our lives okay???

nandini broke the hug and nodded with him.

m=by the way i forgot to tell you,

n=kya??

manik opened the side drawer beside the bed and gave her the tickets of london

n=manik london?? achanak???
m=dad wants his daughter to take a break from all these things thats why he has ordered me k tumhe lekar london ghumke ajau, ten days trip.. and cabir alya mukti druv they are also accompanying us... so tum chalogi na???

nandini smiled and nodded

n=tum sab mera itna khayal rakh raheho then i also need to co-operate

m=thats like my jaan

n=accha abhi tum jaldise fresh hojaw, mom niche puja keliye wait karrahiha. pehle puja ha then shamko party..aur ha coffee pee lo, i'll take ur clothes out

nandini began to take his clothes and manik took the mug to take a sip of the coffee. when he took the mug he saw a heart was made on top with chocolate syrup. he smiled seeing it and turned towards her who was already blushing and looking at him through the mirror.. he was about to say something when nyonika called nandini from downstairs

n=ayi mom

nandini gave him a flying kiss after keeping his clothes on the bed and rushed downstairs. after finishing the coffee manik took a shower and changed himself into a white punjabi looking handsome as always. he came downstairs folding his sleeves and saw nandini talking to her parents. he happily greeted them and took their blessings. he looked at nandini who gestured him that she didnt tell them about her accident yet. manik understood everything and remained quiet. meanwhile fab4 also gathered in the hall. cabir alya druv one by one wished manik with a warm tight hug. all of them were dressed in indian attires as there was a puja in the house. the priest asked everybody to settle down as it was time for the puja. manik sat infront of the priest and nandini sitting beside him. though it was organized for manik but on his insisting nyonika and raj told nandini to sit beside him and both of them would joinly perform the puja

during the puja everyone were joining their hands and praying closing their eyes. manik holded nandinis left hand. nandini opened her eyes and gestured him that everyone was present there and asked him to leave her hand. but manik being the notorious one was in mood of doing teasing and flirting.. and got a bit closer to her and tried to kiss her on the shoulder when nandini gave him a light slap and started to giggle. manik made a cute angry look making her go Awwweee.. she looked around and saw that everybody had closed their eyes so taking the chance she quickly pecked him on his cheeks making him red..manik was about to say something when everybody opened their eyes as the priest asked manik to do the arti .. they all stood up and went to the Puja Ghar. the priest applied tika on maniks forehead and he did the arti. after doing it three times he dragged nandini with him and both of them together did the rest of the arti.

once the puja was over the elders settled themselves in the living room while fab5 along with nandini rested themselves in mukti's room. nandini bought "kheer" for all of them. manik was sitting on the bed resting his back on the headboard and his legs stretched and crossed on one another. cabir and druv were sitting opposite to manik on the floor while girls half lying on the couch.nandini served them kheer and sat close to manik resting her back on his chest.

mu=guys...um so excited...i mean after 7 years um going to london... and that too all of us together

a=yaa..its been long since all of us have visited the place.

c=its good ke uncle ne humhe suggest kiya and ab toa album bhi release hochuka ha and we have a break until the new one gets started

mu=mane to decide karliya ha ke i need to visit the new malls this time for sure...

a=absolutely... mane suna ha they have got exclusive branded things

while four of them were busy talking about their london trip..MaNan were busy having some cozy moments..nandini was trying to listen to everybody but because of manik she was having a hard time.. he was sliding his finger from up to down on her back making her go weak and loose control. she was trying to get hold of his hand but he didnt let her do so

n=manik..stop it kya karraheho?? sab ha yaha pe

nandini whispered to him

m=as if I care??? were married so i can romance with my wife anytime and anywhere..

she closed her eyes when she felt his lips on her back.. nandini clutched the bedsheet with her left hand while the other one was holded by manik...he tucked her hair behind her right ear and caressed her white jhumkas.. she felt volts of shock inside her when his hot breath touched her shoulder...he was about to plant a kiss on her shoulder when a servant came and called nandini downstairs saying her parents are leaving ... nandini quickly moved from there so that manik wont be able to stop her. when nandini left cabir began

c=manik...hows she now??

m=she's trying to be okay. she wont let us feel her pain but i know how much hard it is for her

a=dont worry manik..she'll be fine soon and hum sab ha uske sath and specially you as her strength so she has to be okay

manik smiled and nodded in a yes

m=wase packing hogayi tum logoki?? kal subhah we have a flight to catch

all of them exchanged looks and smiled

c=hum kal nahi, parso mumbai se depart karraha ha for london

m=what?? but dad ne bola..

mu=yes tum aur nandini kal jaraheho..and we will be joining you guys the next day

m=but what for??

dr=because we wanted to give u guys some privacy

a=yes and its really needed, cause nandini needs u and ur time alone. so enjoy till we come there

manik blushed thinking about the last few moments spent with her. all of them were enjoying the small talks, gossips when nandini called everyone downstairs for lunch. all of them settled on the dining table while nandini and mukti were serving them food.

nyonika smiled at nandini and she blushed ...

m=kya hua mom??

ny=kuch nahi... nandini ne aj tumhari favourite butter chicken banaya ha but

mu=but...feeling shy ke kaisa bana hoga tumhe pasand ayega ke nahi..and all that

c=god..nandini tum toa ekdam 90's ki sharmili biwi jaisi ho..accha ha ya bura yeh toa manik confirm karega ha na manik??

all of them were like wwwooo... while nandini wanted to hide somewhere because of shyness and manik was enjoying her blushing face. nandini served him food and waiting for his review.. everybody present at the dining table were curious to know what manik would say.. manik took a bite and while swallowing it looked at nandini who seemed to be confused how it was

mu=nandini..tum bhi beth jaw..sab sath me lunch karte ha

she took the sit next to manik and manik immediately holded her hand ignoring everyone's presence there.. the whole time during lunch manik was holding her hand and even nandini loved it so she didnt shoved his hand off from hers.. after lunch everyone went to their rooms for some relaxation. druv and cabir took the guest room and alya went to mukti's room. Manik and nandini went to their bedroom.. manik lying on the bed wearing his regular black vest closing his eyes and nandini lying on his chest tracing her finger on his chest

n=manik... ek baat puchu??

m=hmmm

n=jab tumhe soniya ne mere bareme bataya tha... how did you control yourself??

manik opened his eyes hearing this question all on a sudden.. she looked at him putting her chin on his heart

n=i know ke tum bohot strong ho... thats why tumne mujhe kuch feel nahi hone diya ha na?

m=jaan..why are we talking about all these things??? that was a bad phase jo chala gaya...so uske bareme hum bat nahi karenge ok???

she noddhed and kissed his chin.

m=what babu??

nandini hided her face in the crook of his neck..even manik blushed hearing the word "babu"

m=i didnt know my baby doll is chooo romantic

n=hmm cause i have learnt all this from my handsome hubby

m=kya baat ha bara pyar araha ha??

n=woh toa humesha hi ata ha...

m=accha??? pyar ata ha toa jatana bhi parta ha u no..

he switched there positions and began to tickle her.. the whole room was filled with her sweet laughter... she tried hard to get hold of his hand but he was too tricky to get caught... finally getting a chance she took a cushion and hit him playfully on his chest.. he fell on the bed and she sat on his stomach

n=hmm... enough of ur tickling session

m=i didnt know ke meri baby doll is so ticklish..

she crossed her hands and made a cute pout.. manik smiled and pulled her over himself.. her hair was all over his face giving him the most beautiful shelter for him... she was about to move her hair from his face but he stopped her and took the honour of doing it.. nandini closed her eyes and clutched the strips of his vest tightly.. his fingers caressed her cheeks gently giving her shiver all over her face and body.. he could himself feel the shiver which she was going through...

his voice was so intense it made her go even more weak and crazy.. she slowly opened her eyes and found him lost in her ...she knew were it was leading but thought of playing with him a bit.. instead of the kiss she embraced him tightly. manik could feel her crimson blush in the crook of his neck.. he held her closely and both lied down there for sometime.

The party was going on in a full swing...all the famous rich business tycons and some of the close relatives were invited in the party..along with some of Manik's friends and album directors... the media was trying take a capture of this Page 3 news.. but the strict instructions of manik of not making his private family moments public was keeping them outside of the party..the guests were waiting for manik and his newly wedded wife to come downstairs..

nandini came out of the washroom wearing a black shifon saree with pink border with a short sleeves blouse. her bangs curled up and the hair was remained open and straightened. she finished putting on a pair of diamond earings when her eyes fell on her beloved husband who was looking breath taking in the black tuxedo.. manik was standing infront of the mirror and fixing his hair with some gel and his fingers.. he was not looking any less than greek god. manik felt two familiar hands encircling around him from back and he knew who it was

n=someone is looking too much handsome and breathtaking today

manik blushed at her comments.. he holded her hand and bought her infront of him... he took a glance of her from top to bottom and all he could say was

his husky tone with the intense gaze made her blush like a tomato.. manik put his hand beneath her pallu and pulled her closer by her waist so that nandini hit his chest .. her hands tracing his collar

m=agar tum itni khubsurat lagogi then dad se kehkar i have to cancel the party and stay here with u...

nandini blushed and kissed his cheek

n=mr malhotra, even u are not looking any guest..um sure all the girls who are waiting for u are gonna have a tough time to resist u

m=hmm..so someone is jealous?
n=umm actually no

she snaked her hands around his neck and came more close to his lips

n=cause i know... this handsome hunk is just mine..from top to bottom... everything is mine.. his soul,body , heart everything..

her words were more than enough for him to smack his lips with her and in a moment it was a passionate moment for both of them..his hand went to her back from her waist but nandini held his hand.. she broke the kiss and looked deep into his eyes

n=manik not now... now we have to attend the party..

m=ur surely gonna make me resist alot till we get back to our bedroom

he said with a hot smirk... nandini was about to kiss him again but there was a knock on the door and mukti shouted from the outside of the room
