Does his 'One more day at the hospital' mean he is going to be discharged tomorrow or was he counting the days in the hospital and mentioned that he is spending one more day there?

On Saturday a news came, that he is going to spend three or four more days at hospital. This means he may be discharged either Wednesday or Thursday. Whatever it's priority is that he should be fit and fine. If he is going to discharge tomorrow, then it is extremely good news. If it is Thursday ,then also okay. Maybe under guidance of doctors for one day, he will become more fine. Really all were very much scared after seeing his health condition. But now it's a relief that he himself posted a picture on insta. This is great news. Hope after discharging from hospital, taking rest at home he will surely come back to yariyaan with a bang. Eagerly awaiting for that moment.
