I think they've shown almost all the issues of Manik's life. As a viewer, now I know Manik so well that I can actually predict what is he going to do next.
Nandu's issues were hardly shown or discussed.Half of them are in dark.Her parent's death,what exactly happened that night, how rishabh lost his voice,her life in the US etc etc. There are so many things about her that we are still unaware of. That is why we are unable to understand her or predict her actions and reactions the way we do for Manik.
I am glad now the focus is on Nandu ,Fab5 being her pillar of support cause at the end of the day Ladki kitna jhelegi?! 😆

Manik's reactions have tangibles which Nandu never had. This difference becomes more pronounced now. But thankfully Kidnapping shit gave it to her. Another problem is her past , accident night and Rishab attacks are also very Manik related as in he had similar tragedies too. So they had to create this external tangible through Pandit to base her reactions. Looping in music shifts the focus on her. I am aware this won't last but I will take it happily.
Also I agree with you on friendship track- it brought that stability and they both got to know each other well. Nandini actually understood his fab5 vs self dilemma .That track about Navya;s pregnancy. Thats how they should deal with music conflict too.
