I know this is not related to show but this is a sensitive and serious issue. We all appreciate those people who is on screen. But nobody acknowledges the work of people behind the screen. The people who are working day and night along with stars get negligible price. Like on a shooting set recently during adjustment of lighting, light man died due to electric shock. In lndia it is more than 50 years, we have got independence. But in name of progress India is divided into two parts. One part where world number 1 rich person is from India. But in other part we always read death of such people who fight everyday for their basic requirements. Why precautions are not taken? Many electricians and light man repair light without wearing safety dress. We are so poor that we can not guarantee their safety. Please a sincere request to all production house, these people are equally important as our superstars. Please take care of them. They do work day and night. They want nothing only a suitable pay and safety. Please friends, just tell what should they do?

Agree with you the production house should lookafter the safety of everyone working on the set and give protective gear for their respective jobs...and also the production house should help to support the family of the light man who died working on the set

Thank you so much friends for giving attention towards this topic although it was not show related. Not only this field but also in many fields people keep their lives in danger without taking safety precaution. So it is a hearty request to all the owners to keep safety of their workers first priority. I hope and pray that family members of our light man will get good compensation. It can not fulfill their loss but heal their pain to a little extent. We all also should teach a lesson from it that every moment we and our surrounding people should be careful for every tiny thing. Otherwise it may lead to a huge loss.
