So my(and whoever thinks alike) actual concern is the way these shots are done. Lately been noticing how close-ups are frequently being used, be it a missed kiss or any kiss. Eg-Nose peck the other day, forehead kisses today. In the case of former, wouldn't a little zoom out have looked better? the zoom in was as abrupt as the kiss!
Coming to the forehead kisses, they seem as good as cheat kisses now😕 There but not there.
Either it's just a light touch, or the camera angle shifts to hide it. That spoils the whole impact for me!

So Director Saheb, Camera wale bhaiyya, actors, editors or whomsoever it may concern please take care of it. If it's so difficult to show us a real care, love, affection, concern wala kiss b/w MaNan..don't give it! Their hugs are more natural. Actually Hugs are love<3

That said, we're still waiting for the kiss we're promised b/w MaNan. So yeah, expecting a beautiful visual and not a poorly directed or half hearted or fake kiss. It's MaNan after all.

I agree! Seriously, I dunno who is in this editing team as I would have tweeted to that person. They need to rewatch the episode a few times before airing it because there have been Lots of editing mistakes lately and they kind of ruin the scenes as these mistakes are noticable 😳 Otherwise, they all are doing a great job! :)

I thought it was just me who thought it was abrupt.. The whole essence of mind blowing hug before dat was just get ruined by dat cheat forehead kiss.for the first tym i m disappointed wid the camera work of kyy n i seriously dont get it y dey gave a cheat shot for forehead kiss. N after watching today's shot i m actually worried about "the special day" manan r indicating towards.. Please Fans pr taras karo n please don't ruin the scenes _/\_

Totally agree...and to be honest it's not just about their scenes together...in certain shots it's like half their face...why zoom in so much?? Mirror scene episode mein hua tha...and also like this shot below...his face is cut off...it looks awful. Aur yes...their forehead kisses these days are like you said...there but not there...why bother?? log itne bhi desperate nahin hain...MaNan is not all about kisses.

U won't believe even I was going to make a similar post...good you did it...I thought I'll be bashed if I make such post...even I think these days even the forehead kiss are not properly shown ...they are just mere touches and they change camera angle...I seriously want a proper kiss on concert day hope cvs r listening...

Totally agree and also i felt the light behind shown them during the forehead kiss was annoying

+1...it's not just about the zoom shots...overall production quality has nosedived these days...very poor lighting and camera angles in most scenes...a lot of MaNan scenes end up getting shot in strangely dim lit rooms where there just isn't any flattering light on them😕


I find it hard to believe that this is the same director who shot the ice-cream and stargazing scenes so beautifully...

Yes! Completely agree; these days, I kept noticing that even when MaNan are having natural conversation, they keep zooming on their faces.

I would like to see them on the same screen; not just one of their faces.

Also MaNan's body language talks just much as their eyes do, so yes, I would definity like to see less zoomed in shots.
Even today, even though the MaNan scene was shot pretty well, I wish the director had lingered a little bit more on the long shot of Nandini sitting on the table and MaNan hugging each other.
